  • Maison exclusivement réservée sur VRBO qui est le meilleur site depuis le début de cette aventure sur toutes mes maisons en 2012. Air BNB n’a aucun service clientèle et encourage les activités illégales. VRBO. A toujours été pour moi et mon invité, j'ai toujours rencontré des gens du monde entier qui me demandaient de temps en temps de passer. Passer d’un mariage à une personne qui vient pour adoption a été une période excitante de ma vie. C'est une maison unique en son genre! Maison à deux étages avec salon sur un seul niveau! Accueil avec une piscine de forme unique! Plan d'étage ouvert! 4 chambres avec 3 salles de bain! Chambre des maîtres en bas avec une douche de carreaux de travertin maître en contrebas. Cuisine extérieure. Dix minutes en voiture du Strip et de l'aéroport. Transport en commun facile à proximité des magasins autoroute. WiFi, maison Roku entièrement approvisionné et vous serez fait très à l'aise .. Vérifiez mes autres propriétés Si votre un résident local s'il vous plaît pas de livre instantanée. Si vous cherchez une maison de fête pas la bonne solution. aime réellement mes voisins et envisage de prendre sa retraite dans cette maison dans quelques années.

We had a great time at this property! The pool was amazing in the Vegas sun! The owner was incredibly helpful, super responsive, and went above and beyond for us. Our thermostat went out to control the AC and he had someone out within 30 minutes to fix it. The house was clean, well stocked and very comfortable. Plenty of places to lounge and enjoy each other. Easy to get to the strip but nice to stay away from the lights in the middle of the night! Recommend this property 100%!

We had a great visit. Plenty of space to spread out for our 3 generations of travelers, including teenagers. The pool was an excellent feature and the kitchen had virtually everything we needed. We would definitely book here again!

Clean, quiet neighborhood. Close to the Strip and interstate to go any direction. Pool was nice for relaxing. Property was well-equipped for all needs (showers, pool, kitchen). Host was nice and accommodating. I messaged about coffee prior to the visit and he had it ordered and delivered. Great for the price! Only note that may bother some but was fine for our family- property is a bit dated. Again not a problem for us at all just sharing for others.

Had a great weekend in Las Vegas at the Alicia’s Alibi house. Truly unique property with a great old school Vegas 70’s vibe. Don (owner) was great and very attentive, the pool was great on a hot day and the house was clean, unique and had plenty of space for our group of 3 adult couples in town for a couple of Vegas shows. I would definitely recommend this property if you’re visiting Las Vegas and would like to be off the Las Vegas Strip.

This house is huge! Very easy to find, the host is so kind and communicative. This place was so clean, it smelled great, the pool was sparkling. It has everything you need and more! Beach towels, Blenders, pots and pans, spices, Extra bedding, so many different seating/gathering areas. Lots of books and games, plus the tvs are well equipped and easy to use! We were in town for our 10 year wedding anniversary and there was no lack of space when we had visitors. Quick trip to the strip, right by a couple big name stores for groceries. The pool is so nice to cool down and there are plenty of seats and umbrellas for shade, or loungers for tanning. I have already recommended this house to others for future stays and I will continue to do so.

Vegas vacay

The house is beautiful, in an easily accessible neighborhood, and the property owner was very communicative and friendly. Came in for a funeral and vacation, property manager made sure we were more than happy with our stay. House is well maintained and I honestly can’t think of anything negative about the property or our stay. 10/10 will stay here again and highly recommend to anyone else interested!

Quite a mix

Very nice, clean, comfortable beds. Awesome pool and back yard but bummed it was a bit too cool out to use them. Definitely a nostalgic trip back in time in some ways...cool place, would def book again.

10th Anniversary

We had such a relaxing stay to celebrate out 10th anniversary with family and friends. There was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was very relaxing and the vibe of the house was amazing. We will definitely tell others to book this place for sure and hope to return one day ourselves. Thanks for everything Don.

Great house, great host!

Stayed here with a group of friends coming from the US and internationally. The host was amazing and we had great communications. Very accommodating and made sure that we were taken care of immediately. The property was beautiful and the pool was refreshing in the summer heat. Plenty of beds, couches, and seating for everyone. Will definitely be recommending this to others with large parties!

Will stay again.

House was clean and well stocked. Bed-it was just 2 of us- was very comfortable. Layout of the house was pretty neat as well. We could not use the pool due to the cold weather but I’m sure it is a blast in the warmer months. Communication with the host was excellent. I hope to stay here again.

Great Location and House

Pros: great location close to everything. Quiet neighborhood, felt like I was at home. Layout of the house was great, equipped with several different appliances and some basic staples. Pool was beautiful. Improvements: pool needed to be cleaned sobwe didn't swim. I wish there were stand alone fans for each room. Communication could have been better with the host but we worked it out. House could have been cleaner considering having to pay a cleaning fee. I would stay again.

Okay stay

We loved the location and the layout of the house. When we got there, the pool wasn't clean, we asked the hosts about it, they said the pool cleaner would be there the next day..he didn't come until we were packing up to leave. The wifi also wasn't working despite being told we'd have access to 2 different wifis if one or the other didn't work..they didn't work our whole stay and we had to buy hotspot.

Vegas Gem

We snagged this house for a family vacation to Vegas and it was absolutely amazing. Not just the location, because we were never further than 20 minutes (with traffic) from anything, but the house itself! We had enough space to congregate, and enough space to spread out. The main bedroom could use a mattress change, but that was SERIOUSLY the only thing we found that wasn't awesome. The location, the house, the pool, all of it were awesome. We will definitely be back!!

The pool was the best escape

Rough start due to the VBRO site not functioning properly for the Host. Spoke with him multiple times and was able to get into the property. I find that to be a huge problem for your system and could have and most likely caused my Host a lot of issues that trickled down to his guests. As a first time guest this was very off putting. The house was great! The pool was a god send. The property manager was a fantastic help with suggestions for experiences for our Family. Thank you Don and Luis! It was a great house!!!

Great until the end

A group of 8 of us stayed at this house to celebrate a 40th birthday and there were some perks and also multiple issues. Pros: The house is spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool is refreshing and the coffee makers work, and there are a lot of amenities like buckets for the pool and an outdoor bathroom. Cons: The pool needed cleaned, the beds had flannel sheets on them (it was 90 degrees), the bathroom door didn't lock, the AC unit wasn't set to cool and it was sweltering inside (this did get fixed with a phone call to the owner on the first night). There were also foot prints on the wood floor from the pool to the kitchen and living room, it looked like the house hadn't been cleaned very well. But the worst thing was on the final day hours prior to check out, one of our guests was showering in the shower near the stairs and during her shower, new tenants walked into the house! They had been given the same code we used to access the house during our four day stay meaning the code hadn't been changed in between tenants. The gal in the shower was startled to say the least, the new arrivals were surprised and luckily nothing more happened but knowing the same code had been given out to new people while we were still authorized to be there (this happened at 7:30 a.m. on the day of check out) was alarming to say the least. Thankfully the new tenants were polite and nothing worse happened but this was a major security issue and completely inappropriate from the owner.
