Was hard to find where to find room at first, other than bldg number no real guidance. Coffee maker should be tossed, does not operate correctly, also filters wrong style and the coffee instant. Pictures show nice set up, like coffee and tea available. Not so. Also Pictures show decor nicer, it wasn't quite like photos and deck cushions faded, not a big deal but place is misrepresented . Tub makes noise when standing, not installed properly, fridge not level same issue. Small bed way more comfortable than large bed, all pillows are very flat if you like flat pillows. No real curtains in bedroom, so bring sleeping mask unless you want to be awake at 6:30am. Conversely lights are dim in the evening, all lamps in bedroom and some lamps are just strange to use for most part, the switch is on the cord by outlet, and flimsy. No hand towels, just 2 little washcloths and a few bathtowels. The little things add up, I can overlook some things but overall a bit disappointed. As too I wasn’t actually there too much but I had to work 3 out of the 8 days. The apartment being on the 3rd floor makes it a horrible spot to be in when sun rises in morning even with air own there are no fans in the apt so we woke up sweating every morning because the sun beams directly on this unit no trees for shade corner unit. Also bring ur own rags and towels I also bought toilet pAper sponges and bleach to clean with. There is a washer and dryer but the lady downstairs stopped us to tell us to put something under the unit because it’s very loud to her. But there was nothing there for me to put under it so idk but we did use it to wash sheets and blanket. Also the second bed in bedroom is a twin even tho it looks like it could of been a full in pic. Also did not like for the grand I paid for that I didn’t get access to pool saying due to COVID but residence did. But over all outside of maybe providing some basic necessities like a few bottles of water and maybe not so cheap supplies like the hand soap it was a good stay. There are plenty of spaces; if you're driving there, parking is not an issue at all.
