It’s a resort just a block away from the Las Vegas Strip (a 5-minute drive) and is very close to a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping centers. So you can stock up the kitchenette really easily. If you want to keep your homely comforts, but also want to experience the glitz and true essence of the Las Vegas experience, staying here gives you it all. GETTING AROUND It’s just a block to the Strip, so you will get to the action in no time. You can walk to the Las Vegas Strip from the property through an air-conditioned walkway that provides direct entry to the MGM Grand Casino floor. You can also arrange a ride with Uber or Lyft. If you’re driving here, valet parking is free, and there are plenty of free outside parking spaces, including a 6 story parking deck behind the property on Aubrey Lane. Guests will have full access to the entire suite, providing a private and luxurious stay. Enjoy access to the pool, fitness center, and valet parking. We had a lot of fun and the communication was absolutely amazing. It's off the strip, but definitely worth it. Loved staying in this condo in a gated development within easy walking distance to the Las Vegas Strip! We loved the peace and quiet of staying in a hotel without all the noice and crowds of a casino property. Other advantages: great service, free valet parking, closeted commode (so if one person is in the commode, the other person can use the shower or sinks), kitchen area with refrigerator and microwave as well as stovetop and sind, no resort or parking fees! Only disappointment is that host did not respond to our email request to extend our checkout time from 11AM to 11:30AM. We would have been OK with a "no," but expected a response either way. Looking at other reviews, it appears there is no flexibility on check-in and check-out stated times. That's OK. Still would be our first choice of places to stay in Las Vegas! ##### Melinda M. This place was great, we had a work conference and stayed here for 4 nights. We have no complaints and everything was smooth, when we needed something we contacted our host and it was taken care of right away. I definitely recommend staying here, it’s literally right next to the mgm grand and everything else is just a few minutes away. The host was great to deal with!
