The property manager Ari was very communicative and was extremely helpful when I had any questions. The pool and hot tub are a dream, the backyard is your own desert oasis and beautifully landscaped! I highly recommend this property to anyone! I know I can’t wait to come back!!!

Maybe this is a new house but the whole process seemed clunky. House wasn't ready at check in time and then no communication when it was ready. House was well stocked with linens and such. Quiet neighborhood. Good location as far as accessing the interstate. Owner was very responsive. Pool and hot tub are not heated unless you pay an additional 75/day for pool and 25/day for hot tub. This is stated in the house rules but was real hard to find in the app.

The house was amazing and we had the best time. The only complaint was not being able to use the pool because it wasn’t heated. That being said it was winter so I guess understandable. I will say that my contact person went above and beyond in helping find a watch that was left behind. We didn’t know where it was left, it belonged to one of our kiddos, and after the next group of people left he was able to go back to the house and after searching high and low found it in the last place we would have looked and mailed it to us. Would absolutely recommend this to adults looking for a relaxing, quiet location or a family wanting entertainment for the kids.

Beautiful home left it perfect condition and yet renter claimed we damaged the garage door thank the lord we had bought the insurance he has video surveillance on the house, and when I asked for proof to show that it was us that done it to the home because we only had one rental car at the property that if it would’ve hit the garage door to do this much damage, the rental car would have been destroyed however, he would not reply with any proof and continued to charge the insurance company 2500 for a garage door that we did not damage just a shame

Even better than listing

Rented this home with a group of friends for our weekend in vegas, and the only disappointment was that we didn’t stay home more to really utilize all the things it has to offer! The photos are beautiful but don’t even do the space justice as to have spacious and well kept it truly is. Check in was a breeze and the host was quick to reply and even come to the property to assist us with any small issues we had and checked in through our stay to ensure we were enjoying our time. Very easy check out as well and was accomadating. one of my favorite stays in vegas, easily!

Amazing Home

This home was absolutely beautiful! We went with our family and a couple friends to celebrate our daughter's 21st birthday. The house is in a great location; easy to get to the Vegas strip, grocery stores, and restaurants. I highly recommend this home! definitely

Great House

House was clean and very spacious. We really enjoyed the amenities the house offered...pool tables, large living room area, hot tub etc. The backyard was also very spacious and fenced in which our pets really enjoyed. The location of the house was in a good neighborhood, close to lots of dinning options and about a 15minute drive to the strip. Overall a pleasant experience!

Perfect Vegas home

This home was perfect for our stay. All the bedrooms have their own attached bathrooms and nice big beds. The back yard is beautiful with lots of amenities to enjoy. We loved the fire pits and hot tub for the cool winter nights.

Everything was exactly as described and the property owner replied to all questions super fast, was very flexible to additional requests. It was the best experience we've ever had (every year for the psst 15 years we've stayed in luxury rooms at the hotels and had small problems such as noise).

Perfect family getaway

I was worried this house was not going to live up to the pictures but it far exceeded them. Great location, immaculate house, well stocked kitchen and magical back yard. Ari was also very responsive to question while there. This house is now my go too when visting Las Vegas.

Wonderful family vacation

This home was perfect for our family vacation. The kids (and adults) loved the heated pool and hot tub. The house is huge and provided enough privacy for everyone. Ari, the property manager was accommodating and great with communication. We can’t wait to come back!

Great House and Location for Meetings on the Strip

4 couples enjoyed this beautiful house. Nice that each room had its own bathroom. Pool and Hot Tub was great. Kitchen had all you need. Would get this house again. Ari, the owner, was gracious and helped with any and all things we needed.
