I have to echo the previous guest’s comments. We arrived an hour early at 2pm and didn’t get into unit until nearly 4–clerk wouldn’t even check if unit was ready, and then an hour later, unit now “not ready”. When the host got back to me, she said no one had been staying in the unit and we should have been able to check in when we arrived. My gut feeling is that the desk clerk heard VRBO when he asked and immediately copped an attitude. The unit was nice—extraordinary balcony & Strip view from the 33rd floor, although furnishings are a bit worn. Large roomy unit—about 575sf, sunny, great bath, comfortable bed, very quiet, Wifi worked well, well-equipped & sunny fitness center, valet & self parking is free (+tips). Unit was 4-star clean, not 5-star. Note that while the kitchenette is listed as an amenity, and I assumed basic kitchenware would be provided, it is in fact NOT. The listing when you look carefully does not include kitchenware—no plates, bowls, spoons, forks, wine opener—just coffee cups & glasses, and no, when I checked with the host, the hotel doesn’t provide them; the restaurant gave us plastic “to go”-ware to use, and we got the wine opened at a bar. This shortcoming should be more clear in the listing. Think of it as a hotel room with mini-fridge & microwave. Overall, the value was good as a hotel room, but we thought we were booking an equipped studio condo. We would return, but be better prepared.
