This house was not rental ready! We paid premium price for a poor conditioned house! We were here to Lay our mom to rest. So rented a house to keep the traveling family together! The house had enough room but everywhere you looked in home it was not well maintained! Furniture broken fixtures broken, mismatched ceilings improperly repaired after water damage! Showers old not well maintained! Wires hanging from TV.missing shelves in closets! Washing machine showing rust! Overall the house shows no pride in ownership and every corner cut including furniture! House should rent in this condition for much less! We over paid for what we got!

Hi Derek. I think you left the wrong review for the wrong house, I know you rented multiple homes during your month long stay in Las Vegas. When we spoke multiple times during your stay you told me everything was wonderful at this property, so I believe you made an error in which house you left this review for. I am going to reach out to VRBO to have them remove this and I ask you to do the same so the correct rental you intended this review to be for can be published.

Large, spacious, comfortable beds, nice pool. We went for a wedding and it was a perfect spot as a family to get away from the hustle and bustle at the city.

Family Christmas in Vegas
Great house, great location Because we were traveling from out of the country for the holidays, we wanted and needed a location that was close to the Strip, and could accommodate all of our needs. We chose the home because it had enough bedrooms, open space and elements that would serve us well. The home owner, was very accommodating to our needs. We wanted a Christmas tree and decorations. They found one for us to purchase, decorated it and made sure it was up before we arrived. The only low rating I would mention is that the pool was not heated. It was colder in Vegas than we anticipated. And going outside meant dealing with a noise monitor that was a little too confusing to work with. But that didn’t impact our stay at all. All of the amenities and extras that you can think of; i.e., laundry, dishwasher, and fireplace. Great place

This was a great spot for a group of adult family members. The pool table was an unexpected plus! The pool is not heated, but there was plenty of outdoor furniture for us to enjoy the sunny days.

Henderson Getaway
One of the most important things to be when I stay in a vacation home is cleanliness. The house smelled fresh and clean upon entry, which gave me instant relief. The location is close to stores/restaurants/highways. Quick drive to the strip and airport was another plus.

Beautiful place!
My friends and I stayed here for my bachelorette weekend. The house was beautiful, super clean, and perfectly spaced for a group of 9! The pool/backyard area was super fun to use and hangout in as well as the beds are incredibly comfy. Terry was an incredible host and very quick to answer any questions and check in on our visit. The area is very nice and a perfect spot to stay if you’re looking for a place off the strip that is quiet and reserved but still close to the strip. Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Home for Families
The house was lovely! The neighborhood was well lit and safe feeling. Things we really loved: - Cleanliness - Back yard and pool --- LOVED the large first step of the pool. Small kids could still enjoy it a lot. ---Lounge chairs were very comfy --- Pool isn't heated but it was perfectly cool and therapeutic for us. We actually liked it! ---Room for everyone to enjoy the backyard together -Comfy beds for everyone in our party -Nice kitchen -Extra linens including beach towels -Access to laundry machines -Plenty of room for a party of 8-10, including places to eat in the kitchen, dining, and patio. We did ask the kids to keep their voices down, as it’s a quiet residential area - while they would’ve liked to be a little crazy, it was nice being more relaxing. Also, the back door pool door alarms are there for safety and not hooked up to the house alarm, which wasn’t clear at first and scared us a touch! I understood how they worked just fine but we had a couple adults who just avoided them. Overall, very nice and would recommend!

Would not recommend this house!
Home was not properly maintained. Concrete around pool was cracked and uneven. Dangerous! Landscape wasn’t finished. Electrical wiring from old hot tub was exposed. Loose cabinets doors in kitchen. Very dirty vents in ceiling. Pool was nice but would have been nice to have umbrellas and floats. Dirty patio furniture.

A definite recommendation
This was perfect for our family. The pool and pool table were used a lot! The beds were comfy and the set up of the house was great. It was a great reprieve from the heat!! If we do a trip to Vegas again, we’d be sure to try and stay here again.

Where to start. Terry was such a gracious host. easy and great communication. everything was provided for our stay. The property itself was simply amazing. it had all the amenities we needed. House is very spacious, clean and accommodating. Pool is great but schedule needs to be changed due to the extreme heat. Understand its Vegas but not a lot would want to swim at 110 degrees, the curfew hours for the swimming pool is 10am to 10pm. It should be available overnight as long as noise is kept minimal. Overall, I would highly recommend renting the property. 👌👍

50th Birthday Celebration
My family of 7 stayed at this wonderful house for 8 days. The house was just as lovely as the pictures. Owner was quick to respond to questions. Beds are very comfortable. The pool table was a big hit with my kids. The house is in a very quiet neighborhood but close enough to the strip (about 15 minutes away). Vons is around the corner. House is well stocked with towels, kitchen utensils and the fridge is huge. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cousins Weekend In Vegas - Memorial Day
My family and I enjoyed our stay as we traveled into Vegas for a family gathering Memorial Day weekend. The home was clean, easily accessible and provided all the elements we needed to be comfortable in a "home away for home". This property was just like the pictures. Kitchen actually was more spacious than the pictures indicated. Home was clean and had plenty of towels. Terry was great. He responded immediately whenever I needed help with something. The only down side for me and my guests was that the rooms did not have TVs, only the master bedroom, pool table area and living room. My kids couldn’t lay in bed and watch their cartoons so it was always an argument over who gets to watch what and where. If the rooms had TVs, I would of given it a 5 star but that was everyone’s complaint in my party. Wish the pool was heated. Got a pdf regarding paying extra for spa and pool to be heated but that was not for the property I was staying at. It was just a generic pdf for all properties. I think that is something that should be considered for the future for this home. Kids would of had more fun. Water was as cold as ice when kids tried to get in during Christmas. Overall, had a good time.

This place is beautiful, our stay was very relaxing, nice and clean. They have plenty of towels. My family enjoyed spending our time in the pool. This property is 3 min. Away from most store, very convenient. We love our stay here. Teri is a great host. She responded within minutes to any questions.

Enjoyed staying here, place was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of towels and the pool was great, the kids really enjoyed it! The property manager was very accommodating and kept checking in with us to ensure everything was going good! Also a great safe neighborhood, definitely would stay here again on my next visit !
