The two bathrooms add convenience for everyone in your group. Stay comfortable year-round thanks to the cool air conditioning and cozy heating. An iron is also available to keep your clothes looking fresh. Whether you’re here for fun or rest, this soothing retreat offers a perfect home base. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay – we’re happy to suggest local spots to check out. The house is fully furnished from bedroom to kitchen to the outdoors. We offer an outdoor BBQ as well as mature fruit trees to enjoy!

    The house is in Sun City Summerlin which is a beautiful protected community. In Summerlin there are 4 dog parks to enjoy, tons of awesome restaurants, parks, walking trails and more!

    Play golf at THREE golf courses all within Summerlin & 4 more within 10 minutes of you!

    Within 10 minutes are the amazing Casinos at Durango Rresort & Summerlin Resort.

    Grab your groceries from Albertons, Whole Foods, Trader Joes and more all within minutes, or get them delivered for your convenience with their apps.

    We're also a 20 minute drive or Uber ride from the strip for hose who like to party!!
