Counter person at the property was not very pleasant due to the fact that I booked the hotel through a third party. Always referred me to talk to the company booked my hotel for the answers. I wish that the counter person should be more nice and whether I am booking from the third party or not to give me a good services.

We found some of the front desk staff to be less than friendly. Arrived early and asked about early check in. We were told that "since we booked with a third party, we would have to wait till regular check in time". She easily could have said your room is not available or even hey did you know about the perks of booking direct with us including early check in but no, she made us seem lesser by not booking direct. When we did check in at regular time, a different person helped us and she was friendly and professional. The room itself was fine. There is a race track experience nearby and you can definitely hear the cars most of the day if you are in the room.

Everything about the property was excellent except for the fact that it was not clean and when I asked it to be cleaned it took them an extra day and the second time asking for it to be cleaned they gave me attitude. It should not take 2 days to clean pubic hair out of a rental suite.

The property is connected to the Grand MGM which offers you the monorail transportation plus dining options and the casino . We stayed in Tower 1 which is the one connected to the MGM but all properties are connected and have a local store and STARBUCKS 😇.

The mixing valve in the shower is broken so my shower water temperature kept changing from hot to cold. Room had not been thoroughly cleaned. There was hair on the floor in the bathroom, the shower had residue and the are between the couch and table had old food crumbs on the carpet.

Nice spacious room with kitchenette features. Once you learn where the Uber pickup spot is and the entrance to the corridor to MGM Grand you realize how close to the strip it is and accessible. Rooms are not all identical (subleased condos) and no full hotel staff or restaurant, but lots of stuff at MGM is easy access. And many rooms have a view of Top Golf, if that matters…

The setup of the property was nice. There are three towers. The only downside is valet may be full. They tried to tell me i would have to park my car 3 mins away and walk to the property at midnight and a single traveler while pregnant and a disabled veteran. That was really disappointing.

The property was nice, clean and quiet, but the shower ran out of hot water in a matter of minutes and no staff around to report it to or maintenance to have it fixed. Otherwise, I would have given a much higher rating.

The room was not prepared for 3 adults as we requested. Only one king bed. I booked two rooms and they were in different building. The recepcionist did not want to make any change. The rooms were not cleaned at any time. The fridge had a terrible smell.

Chrisiine the front desk agent was wonderful. She made myself and my son feel so welcomed. Valet parking was very quick on retrieving our car. The room was beautiful. Had a great view of Vegas. Was a great trip.

Would have given 5 stars because overall the stay was great with one exception. Valet parking was included which was a bonus, but on Saturday night there was a hockey game nearby so the resort allowed attendees to use valet parking and when we came back they told us ‘valet had a soft close’ so we as guests had to use MGM’s self parking lot. Although they validated our parking there, it was a 15 min walk which became quite an inconvenience. I understand they prefer to make some money for nearby events but I feel heists at the resort should have a priority while stay there. Other than that I’d definitely recommend a stay here.

stay away from this property if you have a vehicle and want to walk 30 minutes back to your room from mgm self parking lot. They have limited valet parking space so if the lot is full, youll have to wait. I waited an hour one evening because they wouldnt take any cars to pull in whether you are checking in or returning back. I returned one night after 3am and they told me i have to go park at mgm grand because theres only 1 valet guy taking vehicles OUT, not taking any vehicles coming in. What kind of hotel does this??? Especially in vegas. I had to walk literally 30minutes from the lot to tower 2. Also, the signs in mgm does not say jet luxury so i got lost on my way back around top golf area and of course theres no one to ask because its 3am… if you planning to uber your way around, go for it. But if youll be traveling by your own car,,, good luck to you if you want to gamble your luck.

We stayed here for New Year’s Eve weekend and this was the worst hotel I’ve ever stay at in Las Vegas. There was no parking available so we had to park at MGM parking garage, which was a 15 minute walk. There was nothing luxurious about the room. It was dirty and had outdated furniture. The carpet was dirty, the baseboards were dirty and had gum on it. They had extra towels, but it was dirty and turned yellow under the bathroom sink. We couldn’t call the hotel front desk to get anything. Everything had to be communicated through the property owner through the Expedia app. When they did respond, it took hours. The worst part was safety. There was an active shooter in one of the top floors of the hotel on the morning of December 31st. The hotel alarm went off at 7am and it was very very loud. First it told us it was a possible emergency. It went in for 15 minutes and they announced that the situation was resolved. The alarm went off again at 9am. They told us that there was an emergency and we needed to shelter in place. We had no idea what was going on. No one gave any information about what was going on. We decided to search for answers through the news and TikTok. Sure enough, there was an article about an active shooter in the hotel. There was very heavy police presence around all three towers. I contacted the property owner to leave because of the situation, but my request was ignored. They should not be renting out their property if they can’t take care of their guests.

The whole check in process is absolutely ridiculous. They stop you on the road basically to give you a parking pass only to get through the gate to have forced valet with no option for self parking. The room was ok but not overly clean, the shower has black mold in all the corners and cracks. The parking ends up full if you haven't valeted your vehicle by 4pm, then you are told to "self park" at mgm which then costs you more money. The whole experience was just not great. I feel the service staff did the best they could but the actual building and procedures need some work.

BAD FROM THE START! Their parking was full so I asked if I could pull up to the front and let my wife and kids out with the luggage. The guy at the gate told me “no you will have to go park in the MGM main lot and walk over”. If you know the property then you’ll know this is a very long way to walk with all your bags. I’ve stayed here in the past without issues but it seems to have gone down hill. Think we will stay at the Delano next time.
