Studio (ST3) Size 372-476 sqft Accommodates: 2 This studio features a king-size bed and a bath with a standard tub and shower combination. The unit includes a cozy living area with queen-size sleeper sofa as well as a convenient kitchenette with microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, small refrigerator and small dishwasher. In-suite amenities include a wall safe, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. Studios do not include an in-unit washer/dryer. All Standard units are located on floors 4-39. Fees Upon Checkin- $25 Daily Resort Charge includes: Guest Internet access; domestic long distance calls (30 min per day max); DVD Now w/unlimited movies; 2 Starbucks coffees or 2 16oz bottles of water per day; 1-800/Local Calls. We arrived at 7pm and check in was easy, never received any push regarding the timeshare aspect of the property. We enjoyed not having a casino on property. Parked within the garage associated with Vdara, always found a spot. Everything was within walking distance, the Venetian Hotel (north strip) was 1.5 miles it takes 35 minutes to walk. The Mandalay Bay (south strip) is also about 1.5 miles, walking time is about 40 minutes. It always takes a lot longer to walk distances on the Vegas strip. We always walked through the mall to get to the strip, the street on the backside of hotel is not recommended. ##### Kim P.
