Two sofas converted into queen size bed and one tween . All brand new furniture, excellent for family and friends up to 9 people. Two plasma TV screens. Full kitchen: coffee maker, dishes, utensils, dishwasher, toaster, pots and pans, oven , stove, microwave. This is non smoking home with no resident pets. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest.

House keeping: There is no daily housekeeping services. While linens and bath towels are included in the house, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate.
