Stop looking and book this property. It’s perfect. Communication with Lisa was exceptional, and the hosts have thought of everything. The location was ideal for our Mesilla, Las Cruces, and White Sands visits. I can’t wait to come back.

My family had a lovely time staying here. It was cozy and beautifully decorated in southwestern style with thoughtful touches everywhere and packed with any household item one might need during their stay. The pool and hot tub were such nice yard bonuses too! The movie room with the fireplace was perfect for movie time too!

Perfect home for our short stay in Las Cruces! Our kids (age 12 to 19) had a blast in the pool playing basketball and we watched a movie every night in the kids cave. Would stay here again 100%!

Great location, fun little pool!

We had a great stay here! The outdoor space by the pool was a great place to hang out, kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals at home, and we had plenty of room for two couples and two kids. Host was great and very helpful when we needed it! Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Everything we needed was there along with many of the supplies or kitchen necessities Im usually running straight to the store for. This property is the reason to choose Vrbo. Spotless upon arrival, great amenities, incredible value. Anything and everything you could possibly need to make your stay easier and better has been provided. Craving popcorn to go with the movie your family is watching in the game room/home theater? Boom! Popcorn and popcorn machine in the pantry. Forgot to buy coffee? Boom! Double coffee maker (Kcup and brewer) along with a teapot with coffee beans, Kcups, and a selection of teas right there waiting. The right utensils for the flat top grill, great beds, incredible stove, large family style dining tables inside and out, comfy towels, the list goes on and on. The pool and hot tub were great, especially for families with younger children. If you are looking for accommodations anywhere within a 50 mile radius I would highly recommend this property. You’ll be wishing you could extend your stay a few more days after staying here! Thank you, Ortiz family, for your wonderful home and hospitality. We’ll be back.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. Our host was very responsive prior to the stay as I had a million questions since this was our first time at a VRBO. The location was spot on and we enjoyed using the pool and other amenities when we came home from exploring. It's very spacious inside as well. Chihuahan desert adventures

We love staying here! This was our second time. Anytime were in las cruces again we'll be staying again. We love the enclosed courtyard for the dogs, the nice heated pool for us and the home is super cozy and there's lots of extra goodies too! Cant wait to come back!

I’ve stayed at many VRBO properties and I don’t think I’ve found one with more thoughtful hosts. Everything you might need was provided - snacks, pool towels, sunscreen, insect repellent, books, games, etc. place was great, pool was wonderful, and the communication was superb.

A Great Stay in Las Cruces!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. Every detail was considered and it made it so easy for us to have a quick stay in Las Cruces with our 4 year old son. The house was immaculate, the beds were comfortable, and the heated pool was perfect entertainment for our little guy. The hosts were so gracious and provided excellent advice on what to do and where to eat. We miss the house already and will definitely return if we are in the area!

Amazing and relaxing!

This house was so comfortable and relaxing. The photos are nice but the house is much nicer in person. The beds were all so comfortable. Coffee, snacks, sunscreen, basic soaps were all provided. The outside spaces were also so comfortable and inviting. We couldn't have been more pleased!

BEAUTIFUL

Oh, we absolutely loved our stay. The host was kind, responsive, and very welcoming. She even made sure our daughter had a life jacket to use during our stay! I can’t say enough positive things; clean, beautiful, a variety of snacks, warm pool even on cooler windy days. A bedroom and plenty of space (and then some) for our family of 4. We were so sad to leave. Thank you for having us!

A perfect place

Property was as described. Everything g we needed for our 2-month stay was provided. Our Hosts were extremely accommodating and gracious. They were attentive without being intrusive. The heated pool was ideal. The neighborhood was quiet. Parks just a 10 minute walk away, which our dogs enjoyed. We would definitely return.

We stayed here for our daughters wedding. The house was so comfortable with our small Australian Terrier. Doggy doors and everything. I told my 7 yr old granddaughter to have one more look around to keep the memories in her heart. She said, “Good bye bedroom with a tv.” The pool is small but was perfect for our fun.
