I absolutely loved my stay (only one night, sadly - would have stayed longer). The room was comfortable, offered plenty of bathroom amenities (a toothbrush without me having to ask for it), had TWO balconies, a robe and slippers, etc. The hotel is beautiful, quiet and in a great location to do some exploring. I took the bus from the airport and the closest stop was about 7 minutes away from the hotel. Breakfast is delicious (eggs, cheese, bread, fruits, coffee) and the staff is attentive.

Fantastic experience at the Sveltos Residence Suites. The check in was fast and friendly, the suite itself was absolutely top of the line and very clean and new. I would highly recommend staying at the Sveltos Residence Suites if you want to experience the best of the best!

This is a great option for Larnaca. It's a short walk to the promenade, shops, restaurants, and the beach. And the breakfast is awesome! Plenty of hot and cold items and homemade pastries. The room is very well arranged, clean, and nice little touches. It has a kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, and 2-burner stove, but it was missing things like large spoons for frying anything or knives for cutting. Still, very useful if you want to self-cater, which we did. We had a problem with the air...

Great hotel, Nice facilities and comfortable well designed rooms. The best though was the amazing staff. They couldn't be more helpful and friendly. Highly recommended.

This hotel is a cut above the other recommended hotel - the indigo. The Liv is right next to the beach and has a wonderful patio for petit dejeune or a drink in the evening.

Amazing location and beach and the stars are very helpful and friendly

Excellent communication with Gregory. Great room decorated with taste and true to published pictures. Thank you

Perfect stay near the airport. We enjoyed our balcony and the lovely breakfast in the restaurant.

Amazing service, staff very friendly,

No balcony, pool closed. But we had a fine stay. The service staff were great. I would heartily recommend this hotel.

Great buffet breakfast on the top floor, new & modern interior design, staff really friendly, 7 min walk to the boardwalk of Finikoudes beach, Eu Kouzin restaurant next door is very good, 100m to 'To Edesma Tou Paradisou' restaurant, which is amazing, and the 425 & 432 bus stop from the airport (25 min trip - 2.40 euro) is just around the corner.

Very happy with my stay there. Nice and spacious rooms. The staff was kind enough to let me do a late check out and kept my luggage at the reception so I could visit the city on my last day with a late flight. Truly outstanding communication with the staff with answers in a matter of minutes.

Terrific hotel in the heart of Larnaca. Walking distance to all the major attractions, restaurants and cafes, the beachfront and the transportation hub - Finikoudes bus stop, where the blue city buses stop and the green Intercity buses stop. The hotel was wonderful - huge clean rooms, very comfortable beds, wonderful lighting in the rooms, great access to English tv and movie channels, spotless washrooms and generous with toiletries and toilet paper, timely house keeping every day, mini fridge...

Overall, really good
