Unwind in the living room, where a comfortable sofa bed provides additional sleeping space and a cozy spot to relax, watch your favorite shows, or enjoy a quiet evening indoors.  
  
Discover the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the essentials to prepare your favorite meals. The adjacent dining area with high chairs offers a welcoming space to enjoy breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Sunshine enjoys a prime location with easy access to Larnaca’s highlights. Finikoudes Beach, the Medieval Castle, Kyriazis Medical Museum, and Saint Lazarus Church are just a short drive away. The neighborhood is also filled with supermarkets, cafés, restaurants, and pubs, allowing you to explore the city during the day and experience its vibrant nightlife in the evening.  
  
Guests have access to a covered parking spot for added convenience. Public bus stops nearby provide easy travel around the city, including routes to cultural sites and the airport.  
You’ll receive a Boarding Pass link after booking. Simply fill in your details under “Verify Me” to get access to check-in info, Wi-Fi details, local guides, and more.

\*\*IMPORTANT\*\*: We strive to ensure efficient energy consumption within our community, thus promoting sustainability and cost-effectiveness. As such, we kindly remind you of the normal electricity consumption limits outlined below:  
  
\* Studio: 150 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 6 KWH.  
\* 1 Bedroom: 200 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 8 KWH.  
\* 2 Bedrooms: 250 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 10 KWH.  
\* 3 Bedrooms: 375 KWH per 25 days, with a daily limit of 15 KWH.
