The original standard when new as shown in the brochure was good. The standard now through wear and lack of maintenance is poor. The kitchen tap when turned on flooded the kitchen. The electric 4 plate hob worked but the electric oven and grill did not work checked that the supply was turned on and that it was not a timer issue. No instruction for using the microwave. In the third bedroom the window blind had been ripped down by previous tenants and an old sheet fixed across the window. Most of the furniture had seen better days with draws not closing properly. Black mould on the sealant in the shower. Towels supplied were old and very hard. On the plus side the air conditioning did work OK and when I used WhatsApp to report the kitchen sink leaking STAY management agents responded straight away, and a plumber turned up on the first working day of the week and fitted a new tap, but could not repair the kitchen sink auto sink plug had to go out a bit a washing up bowl. Finally sat outside on the veranda was not very pleasant. With a company on the ground floor of the flats working on commercial vehicles all day and right opposite the constant noise from air guns with tire fitters working in the tyre establishment opposite fitting new tyres to a constant stream of vehicles turning up,
