Clean room with a nice balcony
Clean room with a nice balcony overlooking the pool and the sea. Bottle of sparkling wine in the room was a very nice touch. Included breakfast buffet was tasty and offered plenty of food options. Friendly, helpful hotel staff and excellent massages at the spa.

The hotel is sat at a very pleasant quiet bay. Staff were friendly and breakfast wad decent and catered for all options (though my husband wasn't very impressed quality-wise). This was a couples holiday and so I would not return to the hote as I think it was very family oriented, especially with the entertainment in the evening, which we could hear quite loudly from our room until about 11pm. Overall, however, it was a good stay. Good gym as well 👍

Staff are excellent people and always look to please customers. Property well maintained. Facilities are good. On the beach Good swimming pool Restaurants all good. Just had a brilliant time every day including evening entertainment. Would love to visit again.

The hotel is about an hour from larnaka airport. Great location with shops bars and restaurants all within walking distance. The hotel is delightful, the staff are very kind and welcoming. I had booked a room with no balcony and inland view but was upgraded to a balcony sea view room at no cost. They had put out a complimentary bottle of champagne and fruit platter in my room on arrival, very nice touch! The breakfast buffet is as you’d expect, lots to choose from, with a live cooking section. Lovely pool area with plenty of sun loungers, the beach bar does an array of drinks, cocktails and gorgeous bar food. A stunning private beach awaits at the end of the hotel, sun loungers are €2.50 for the day. The have evening entertainment until 11pm although I headed out most evenings. Had a lovely lunch (on the house) with one of the hotel staff on my last day. They genuinely care about feedback and ways in which they can improve the service. My only complaint was that you can hear the crickets in the middle of the night which, if you are a light sleeper can be a bit of a struggle. Besides that I have absolutely no reservations in recommending this hotel whether you are traveling with family, as a couple or solo like me you will have a great stay here!

Beautiful garden with view
We enjoyed the garden very much. We were spending all day out in a natural shade. Activation for kids was great, as well as food. Room was fine and clean, furniture might be renewed. Service was also great. The beach is not private and reserved for hotel guests, therefore not in a best shape, but the water was perfect and clean.

Awesome Hotel next to the beach
We arrived Larnaca after midnight. At check-in they provided us a bottle of welcome Champagne drink , sandwiches, fruits and 2 bottles of water. Breakfast buffet was awesome with a variety of selection and was more than enough. Everything was self service. Pool was a pretty good size and more than adequate loungers(not at height of peak season yet tho). The beach was in a cove and therefore had that "private feeling". The sea was awesome to swim in and go snorkeling. The hotel is interconnected with many other hotels and sailing club you can just walk around on the beach front. If you decide to stay on the beach and use the loungers be prepared to pay EU2.50 each item. Ask for receipt and it's yours to use for the day. The local buses pickup and dropoff is right outside the hotel that will take you to Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paralimi etc. Soo convenient. I would definitely stay in this hotel again.

Amazing experience
I have visited Crystal Springs Beach Hotel during the month of May. The overall stay was a very pleasant experience. The staff is very helpful and friendly, always ready to solve some issues. the pool is clean, the areas around the beach are very well maintained with green grass and flowers everywhere. The food is delicious in all bars and restaurants. The only concern I have is its location which is far from Protaras Center where all the nightlife is located. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a relaxing stay.

Stayed one night with kids, at connecting sea view rooms. Although we had a delayed check in (14:25 instead 14:00), the receptionist apologized and offered us a late check out on Sunday. In addition, they brought us a bottle of champagne and fruits at the room. Very clean hotel, recommended to anyone.

Clean friendly hotel, great for families
We found the staff so welcoming, helpful & friendly. There was a huge choice of food and the odd two days out of two weeks where there was too much fish for my children, they still had choices. We found the place very clean and all staff from cleaners to managers were visibly busy keeping the hotel in great condition. There were plenty of sun beds around for everyone, we could always get one. It was an easy 30 second walk down to a lovely beach. We had a great time & would go there again.

Spent 11 nights at this hotel and it was a great hotel. The water in the bay it was located was clear and calm and suitable for swimming and snorkelling even for someone like me who is not a strong swimmer. There were reports of a turtle in the bay so worth having a go. Bus service was good which I think is needed as although the entertainment in the hotel is ok there are not many bars/restaurants nearby without the use of the bus.

Lovely hotel!!
We visit Cyprus every year and have stayed in a lot of hotels in Protaras and pernera,and in my opinion crystal springs is up there with one of my favourite, all inclusive hotels. We were a party of 6 adults and one infant , and from the moment we arrived everything was done to make our stay as comfortable as possible, staff from the reception , to the restaurant and pool bar were all very friendly, and polite,and always greeted us with a smile . We were so impressed we have chosen to rebook for next year , for a friends wedding , and I can't wait. Well done crystal springs !!!!

I arrived here for a long weekend. The hotel is lovely with wonderful staff. The rooms are excellent. Comfortable beds, wet room, balcony. The gardens are so beautiful with flowers everywhere and the beach looks like a rock pool. With sand and rocks all around with flowers and cactus. You can go snorkelling here. There are activities including aqua aerobics, a spa and hairdressers. Some good walks around and shops and supermarkets nearby. You are a short bus ride from the city of Proteras and also a bus the other way to Paralimni. The staff are so wonderful. They cannot do enough to help you. Thank you to Andreas, Eva and Gannis and also the General Manager who was so lovely and helpful. The food is really nice with various Greek dishes as well as international and lots of fruit. The evenings were great with singing, dancing and entertainment. This is really a lovely hotel to stay at.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, the hotel is located in a quite nice area where you can walk for miles beside the beach. Rooms are a little small, but have almost all what you need to relax.

Our stay was ok , just average . The food in the buffet restaurant seriously needs looked at . Most 4star hotels have double the selection of food and the show cooking was pathetic to say the least . Would hate this in the summer . Only one toilet also near the pool and restaurant area .

The staff here are fantastic. Everyone is so tentative to your needs and happy to have a laugh with you as well. The hotel isnt in Protaras like advertised. It is a nice break for couples or anyone who just wants a relaxing holiday. There is a bus (102) which takes you to Protaras town centre and is €1.50 each (until 9:30 when it changes to €2.50) and runs until 4am so you have your freedom to stay in the resort for a meal and drinks without rushing. Crystal Springs is a beautiful hotel. Clean. Private Beach is lovely and pool is spacious. Food is top standards. I would return again. And would recommend the Original Red Bus Tour to Famagusta city as a day trip.

The staff were nice. The food was varied and good. The pool was dirty all of the time (dirt on the bottom, pieces of plastic bags, water bugs skimming around), and the bathroom time needed regrouting/scrubbing of mold. The decorative pillows and bedspread had spots of yoghurt, toothpaste or something else on them.

Our impression of this hotel was generally good. We liked the breakfast. It was plentyfull and With great variety of food. Upon arrival we were complimented with a bottle of champagne and fruit. The only thing that we did not like is that we were waiting for some time from the hotel to arrange for a proper bed for the third adult person, according to our reservation, and the unhelpful attitude of the front office dept to assist us with better accommodation, while they had the opportunity to do so.

* Staff were all exceptionally helpful and friendly, and they couldn't do enough to ensure a pleasant stay. *The gardens are very well maintained and we had no problems finding sunbeds, even though we were a party of 9. * The breakfast buffet had a wide range of delicious options. * I cant think of any negatives. Maybe this hotel is not as luxurious as some others, but the staff more than made up for any shortfall. I'm going back, can't wait.
