Property is centrally placed and convenient for the town centre. The rooms are a little tired and a toaster would be a useful addition. The rooms were thoughly cleaned daily by helpful and amicable members of staff. I would recommend the hotel as a good base for anyone wanting to visit Larnaca.

Nice convenient hotel in city center with very friendly stuff. Minute walk to the beach. Big clean room with balcony. It's noisy when the balcony is opened, but ok'ish when it is not. Airport bus stop is nearby by the beach, st Lazarus cathedral is in 10 min slow walking.

The positives - the hotel was very conveniently situated near the beach, and the rooftop pool was a decent size, with a nice bar. Our room was large enough for a family, and the bed was comfortable. The negatives - Dated, grubby decor in the room, including ominous blood stains on the curtains. The wi-fi code only worked for one device at a time. They gave us another when we requested it, but it was a hassle to have to ask. Another hassle was the lack of a hairdryer in the room. When we asked about this, we were told that there were only three dryers at the hotel, and we had to wait for one to become available. We were going to a wedding so we really needed a dryer, otherwise we would have given up. We kept asking, and after more than 24 hours we finally got one, but we had to pay 20 euros deposit. We had to pay a similar deposit for a lock so we could use the safe. Honestly, what hotel doesn't have these basic amenities? What with this and the indifferent reception staff, we wouldn't recommend this place. Another point to note - the lift is very small. This didn't bother us, but we noticed another family with a wheelchair user, and it wasn't possible for anyone to accompany them in the lift (but they could not be left alone). This was very stressful for them, and something to bear in mind.

Our facilities will include hair driers, microwaves and new safes, wi fi etc. but with different higher prices, which will offer value for money.The size of our lifts cannot be enlarged but we never had a complaint that an escort could not accompany the handicapped person in the lift.Our policy for deposits for hair driers and safes is advertised and should not have been a surprise. When all hair driers were in use we purchased more to accommodate the extra demand.

It was good fater all
The facility looks to be a little bot old, but all was fine. I found it very comfortable. The location is excellent. The breakfast was great. I was denied access to the pool because of a private party, but after all, one of the reasons I chose the hotel was the pool. I thought using the pool was part of the deal.

Great location. A few minutes away from the beach & central bus stop to get around to other cities or to the airport. I stayed at another hotel that was a 4 star, and the quality difference between hotels was noticeable. The staff here were all friendly & helpful, but the rooms are pretty outdated and wasn't fully cleaned.

The property is in city centre so very close to shops and restaurants and walkable distance to beach. Spacious rooms and parking available. It is a old and very basic property so not happy with the price we paid for it. Getting into parking was also an issue which the management needs to sort out.

Dated.
We stayed for 4 weeks at this hotel. Reception staff were helpful. The rooms were dated but the beds were comfortable. The apartment had a very basic kitchenette with basic cutlery and plates etc. While the room was serviced daily, the bathroom was mouldy. The location was extremely noisy especially Friday and Saturday nights when the restaurant downstairs had very loud music until 1am. Also loud street traffic every day . Good roof top pool area . Would probably not stay here again.

We got here three hours belfiore checkin but the owner could see we've been travelling all night and got us our room straightaway with no extra charge. So close to the sea and a beautiful area ❤

Excellent location, friendly and accomodating staff, great rooftop pool with a bar, large rooms with everything you need. Yes, the place is dated and could do with a facelift but it's clean and comfortable and obviously a lot less expensive than most places around with a pool.

Old hotel nice pool
Very centrally located and close to beach shops restaurants and close to airport, nice rooftop pool and view with a nice bar and food service. Room was very very old and dated as the rest of the place was too. Bathroom was so dingy like a 1 star motel in the USA but it all worked and served it’s purpose. Clean but just old!!! Towels were like rags and blankets had stains all over but I did see cleaner unwrapping all the blankets so I know they have been washed at least It was fine for what we needed as it was just a couple of nights before our flight out to Athens.

Apartment was large and spacious with a big bed. Swimming pool was good. Only downside was that the Wi-Fi was restricted to one device at a time. Not very practical these days.

Comfortable but dated hotel
We stayed here for 3 nights great location but is a very dated and dark hotel. Bed is very comfortable we have a one bed apartment only down side is it’s dated and there is no TV in the bedroom and you have a big living room but tiny TV?? Kitchen was also dated and nit very welcoming. Staff onsite were very helpful. Easy to get a bus to the city or Airport and lots of restaurants and shops to keep you busy. Swimming pool was okay not really child friendly but okay.

The hotel stuff were very kind. The rooms wree big and clean, the kitchen was usefull, and the hotel was in the sity center 1 min from the beach. We arrived very late 23:30 to the hotel, we recived the room before the paper working, to let the kids go to sleep, and we got all the help we ask during our staing there.

Dip in the sea
Really enjoyed this little break in Larnaca. I usually go straight from the airport to my home, but in this case I decided to spend a long weekend at the Beach, so the Atreum Zenon hotel was ideal. The hotel operated a clean and tidy space. The room was comfortable with a balcony that overlooked the sea to one side. The decoration was a little dated, and I generally don’t love hard furnishings, but this is to be expected as standard in anywhere you go in Cyprus. There is a pool on the top floor of the building which was ace to swim in, and really quiet and peaceful except on the Sunday, where there were quite a few new check ins, that showed, as the pool was very busy. In general I had a very relaxing time. The location was a stones throw from the beach and all the local shops, restaurants and transportation. Would definitely come back here if I decide to visit larnaca again.
