"For me it would have been a 5 star hote. If they fix the shower head. The first room we got it was broken. For me it is important because we are doing the Camino and for me a bath is too hard to slower. They were nice and changed my room. The other incident someone open our room - 9:00 pm. On the other side the rooms are small, don’t have a closet, not even a space where to open your luggage and keep it, you have to use your bed every time and close it and open it again every time you need something. Is crazy but the rest is good and we only stayed for one night but you need to know this if you plan to spend more time."

"We enjoyed our stay at Sercotel Portales. It is in a great location, within a few minutes’ walk to many restaurants, bars and shops. The room was clean, with comfortable bedding, but there was a distinct smell of smoke, particularly in the bathroom, which led us to believe that this may either have been a smoking room (even if we requested non-smoking) or that previous guests ignored the non-smoking directive. Because we could open the window, we were able to “air” out the place, and enjoy it. The bad smell was ultimately a minor inconvenience. We recommend this hotel. "
