"When I checked in very friendly staff and professional, when I went to my room I found multiple hair in my shower. The outside of the hotel definitely needs some improvement as far as cleanliness and more appealing. "

"I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay, which was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I have had. Upon check-in, the overnight staff member was rude and unprofessional, which immediately set a negative tone. Additionally, the cleanliness of the room was unacceptable. The floors were visibly dirty—I noticed significant dirt on my socks after walking around the room, which clearly indicates that the room had not been properly cleaned. Another major concern was the excessive noise. My room was located next to a stairwell, and the door was repeatedly slammed from early morning until as late as 2:00 a.m. This was compounded by neighboring guests frequently slamming their doors, making it extremely difficult to rest. I brought these issues to the attention of the hotel manager, Rose; however, she did not offer an apology or make any attempt to resolve the concerns. This lack of response and basic guest service was particularly disappointing. The breakfast quality was also far below expectations. The food appeared reheated, including the sausage and eggs, the donuts were not fresh, there was no hot water available for oatmeal, and the coffee was weak and lacked flavor. Given the overall experience, especially considering the cost of nearly $400 for the stay, I find the level of service and quality unacceptable. I am requesting an appropriate refund or compensation for the issues encountered. I look forward to your prompt response."

"This is a clean hotel. The rooms are nice and roomy and I liked the way it was arranged. The refrigerator and walk in shower were nice. I liked the colors and no carpet was nice. Will definitely stay here again."

"I waited at the check in area for 30 minutes before she came in, on her phone and didn't bother to look up at me until she completed her text. Then saw me and didn't even apologize for the wait. Next, apparently check in is AT 3 with a strict no check in policy before 3. I was there at 1, waited until 1:30, then told her I would wait in parking lot because I wasn't going to drive around for an hour and a half. At 2pm I saw two gentlemen walk in and a few minutes later, walked out to get their bags. I jumped out and asked if they were able to check in since there was a strict no check in early policy that the lady was not nice about telling me more than once. They said they got their keys no problem. So I walked in with them and all of the sudden I was able to check in. Got to my room. It was nice until I took my shoes off and walked across a very dirty floor with lots of dirt on my feet now. Pulled back the covers to find lots of black short hairs on my sheet. Bathroom was disgusting and AC unit didn't work properly. From check in to check out, was a nightmare and I will never stay there again. "
