« Booked this property for a 2 night stay, I was in town for my father's funeral. We didn't arrive until after 10pm as we were with family. Upon walking in the door, the unit smelled terribly (my husband said "like a pet store" and I felt it smelled like wet dog). As it's supposed to be a non pet unit, I assumed someone brought animals in on the last stay. It had clearly been cleaned, but it smelled very bad still.
It was late, we had to be up early and were exhausted, but I messaged them right...
