Sleeping arrangements
With five bedrooms and six beds, the home is designed to accommodate groups of up to eleven guests. The primary suite includes a king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a tub, offering a peaceful place to unwind. Three additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed, while the fifth room includes both a full and a twin bed, making it ideal for families traveling with children. Blackout curtains, soft linens, and thoughtful touches throughout ensure restful nights.
Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms provide space and convenience for larger groups. The ensuite bath in the primary suite includes a tub, while the other two bathrooms are equipped with shower/tub combos. Each bathroom is stocked with plush towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer, making it easy to settle in without having to bring along the basics.

Cooking together is a highlight at Ayu Ranch. The fully equipped kitchen features stainless steel appliances, a granite island, and all the cooking basics, from pots and pans to spices and coffee. Though the ranch feels secluded, it’s only a short drive from Cheyenne’s best attractions. For seasonal events, the Cheyenne Frontier Days rodeo grounds are just twenty minutes from the property, while Happy Jack Road offers a scenic drive through wide-open Wyoming landscapes.
