We are located in tower 1 of One Manchester Place, with a stunning view by the sea on the 12th floor. 1Bedroom unit 54sqm it comes with Queen size bed, with extra sofa bed. Our Amenities are L type swimming pool, Jogging area, Gym, gaming room, function room, kids play area, day care area, and an access to Beach Area( Newtown Beach) and more with a near by restaurant , coffee shop, grocery area etc.
