We really enjoyed our stay. Very nice place. We had a lodge, which had its own parking. Parking outside the hotel which was a ten minute walk was a bit difficult. Really good swimming area and pizzaria though.

Nice, clean, and well equipped
We rented a 2 bedroom cabin within walking distance from the spa. It was well equipped including a full kitchen/living room, sauna, washing machine, 2 toilets.

Nice after you cleaned it yourself
The place is nice but not very well kept. Dust hanging from the ceiling lamp and greasy/dirty tables and floors. Expected much better standard in cleanliness. Kitchen had all the needed supplies. Sauna and bathroom was good. All beds were narrow single beds.

Beautiful place with extra charges
The place itself was beautiful and good for a family with young kids, clean and comfortable. I did not appreciate the aproach of every little thing being charged separately: if you wanted to use a bathrobe they charged, If you wanted to go so sauna at the spa you had to pay (even tho the spa itself was pricy already) etc- very little service minded attitude.

Rentouttava loma
Mökki oli erittäin siisti, vaikkakin huomasin mustaa yöpöytää vasten pölyä aamulla. Ympäristössä löysin hyvän määrää suppilovahveroita. Kaunis luonto.

Mökkeilyä ilman omaa mökkiä
Käymme perheeni kanssa Lappeenrannassa n.4 kertaa vuodessa, yleensä teemme vkl matkan tai vähän pidemmän ja aina yövymme täällä. Tykkäämme majoittua mökkeihin koska niissä on tilaa lasten leikkiä,on omaa rauhaa ja voimme ruokailla omiin aikoihimme.

Oikein mukava huoneisto josta löytyi kaikki tarpeellinen. Tyynyt olivat huonot ja siitä miinusta.

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt. Wir hatten ein 2-Bedroom Appartement, welches schön und sehr ruhug war. Allerdings mussten wir bei 2 Tagen Aufenthalt das Zimmer wechseln. Mit kleinem Baby und ordentöich Reisegepäck leider wirkluch aufwendig. Auf meine Nachfrage, ob es für die Unannehmichkeit zumindest einen kleinen Guddi bekomme (Hilfe beim Umladen, oder Frühstück Voucher oder ähnliches), wurde ich nur auf die AGBs verwiesen. Schade - mit etwas mehr Kundenorientierung wäre och schon glücklich gewesen.

Abbiamo soggiornato in uno degli appartamenti del resort. Innanzitutto sono poco chiari perchè nell’elenco dei servizi si trova la piscina coperta e non viene menzionato che è a pagamento, ben 22 euro a testa! Le aree comuni della nostra palazzina erano molto sporche, sia le scale che la moquette nel corridoio. Nel giardino vicino al lago e nella strada per arrivarci era pieno di cacche (nel giardino era impossibile camminare). Prima del check-out abbiamo dovuto disfare i letti!!!

Hieno mökki.
Hieno mökki kaikilla mukavuuksilla. Järvi lähellä. Jos ei olisi covid-aika niin olisi ollut paljon tekemistä makoitusalueells.

Kiva perheloma
Kiva 3 yön perheloma koulujen hiihtolomalla. Koronan takia käytimme palveluista vain kuntosalia ja muuten pysyimme perheen parissa. Siisti huoneisto hyvällä saunalla.

Loma-asunnon lisätiedoissa ilmoitettiin "Vuodevaatteet ei saatavilla". Siitähän voisi päätellä että mukaan täytyy ottaa omat lakanat, mutta näinhän ei kuitenkaan ollut.

Hieno sijainti ja kaunis paikka. Huoneiston tyynyt olivat surkeat. Mietin lähtiessä otanko omat tyynyt mukaan, en ottanut, olisi pitänyt. Muuten varustelu oli ok. Hyvät ulkoilumaastot ja opasteet metsässäkin. Mukava henkilökunta.

Perhelomalla
Mukava rauhallinen pikku mökki. Kaikki löytyi mitä tarvitsimme. Nämä mökit olivat yhden asunnon mökkejä, joten naapureista ei ollut haittaa eikä lasten aiheuttama meteli häirinnyt muita.
