Peyrecout is an old farmhouse from the 19th century (1861),  in exposed stones, on a 1.25 ha property based in the town of Laparrouquial, in the Ségala Tarn region. In a landscape of mountains and valleys where the Vaour and Aveyron flow, the property is located north of the golden triangle: Gaillac and its vineyards, Albi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and Cordes-sur -Sky labeled most beautiful village in France in 2014.

The property is 40 km from Rodez airport and 12 km from La Roucarié lake, where you can practice many water activities. Private parking is available on site.
