We had a fantastic stay 24 to 31 march 2024. The lady on reception was so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. That also goes for the pool bar ladies and the guy's at the Arena bar. So friendly and food was spot on. The bungalow was spotless as were the outside area's. Lovely seafront walk to other areas too. Would definitely stop here again. I would highly recommend this lovely place.

Fabulous place to stay
Peaceful location, we stayed in apartment number 4 , nicely furnished, amazing shower, shower gel and hand soap provided. Towels could be bigger, and some were tatty but changed 3 times over the week we were there. Beds also made daily, when toilet rolls were also replenished. Handy little supermarket. Arena bar, very welcoming, food excellent. Check in was straight forward collecting keys from the bar. Check out was excellent 👌 the lady was so helpful, sorting a shower room and booking the taxi. Downside I would love to have had a sun lounger on the balcony, and also a freestanding fan in the apartment. (For circulation) Would definitely stay again.

Lovely villa in pleasant gardens
Staff were brilliant especially sorting out a problem with mosquitoes in villa. The site is beautifully laid out with ample car parking. Close to beach and Dive Centre but some distance from main town of Playa Blanca. However, lovely walk along promenade to the town. The villa was good as it had separate kitchen with microwave, kettle and hob. Very quiet, away from the loud music of the large hotels and restaurants. Small patio area in front of lounge/bedroom was good and adequate for 2-3 people. Everywhere, including villa, clean and well maintained. Swimming pool looked OK but did not use. Would definitely book here again.

A quiet and small complex
This place was lovely, as two female friends we enjoyed the quietness of being 10-15 minutes walk along the promenade from the busier part of Playa Blanca. Although there is a hotel between Palmeras Gardens and the beach we had a partial view of the sea from our first floor apartment. The pool within the grounds was not busy even though all the apartments were occupied, this was very pleasant compared with what we observed at the few big hotels along the seafront. This place is probably not the best choice for families with young children. Apart from a diving school there are no other amenities of note in the immediate vicinity. There is a bar next to the site which does the breakfasts for the guests but we were glad not to have chosen the option to include this with our booking. The evening meals which were rather snack-like were only served until 20.00hrs but there are a few good restaurants on the sea front within 5 minutes walk. Overall we had a brilliant stay there and now want to do a return visit next year.

this is not an hotel
one needs to do one's homework beforehand to know what to expect there.it is not an hotel but a collection of apartmens set in nice grounds.the reception is only open from 9am to 6pm and as we arrived at 7pm there was no one to meet us and we had to find the bar which is below ground and not obvious at night.the apartment was not as clean as hoped for but the barman arranged another for us.the staff we met were all helpful and friendly but one had to ask a lot of questions to get information,but even the tourist office/room in Playa Blanca was the same.it was ok once we'd got our bearings and found the places we needed.having said all that,now that we know how it works we would probably use it again for it's situation.

Would consider going back.
Lots of good points and a couple of not so good. The staff were very polite and professional, the room was big enough even though it had 2 single beds rather than the 2 twins claimed. I took the bedroom and my mate had the sofa in the lounge which might have bee more comfortable as he didn't have to contend with a plastic under-sheet. Nevertheless, I slept well as it was quiet enough. Loved the big balcony which got the sun all day and was not overlooked. It's about a half hour walk from the harbour that is the start of the main drag but that is reflected in the price. A taxi back was EU 3.65 daytime and never more than a fiver with tip in the evenings. 2 roaches, 6 mozzies, and a few hundred ants shared our accommodation over the 10 days so I'll deduct a point for that. Wifi was 20 Euros a week and you had to part with folding to get the telly remote, use of safe or air con but we didn't need any of that.

Better than expected
Having booked a at a very late stage, I then saw some fairly negative reviews which worried me. On our arrival the staff were charming and helpful. The apartments are absolutely fine, spacious and clean, well equipped. Contrary to several reports that they are being neglected, all were either freshly painted or in the process of being painted during our stay. Perfect!

Da wir viel wandern waren, nutzten wir die Zeit nur zum Nächtigen bzw. Frühstück. Die Wohnung mit Balkon lag im Obergeschoss, daher hatten wir einen guten Blick auf das Meer und über die Anlage. Die Ausstattung war ausreichend gut, aööes Notwendige war vorhanden und für uns zwei Personen ausreichend. Soweit alles okay, nur Engländer können nervig laut sein, aber das kann man sich nicht aussuchen.

Lo que menos e gustó fue que muchos de los servicios que ponían a través de expedia eran de pago sin especificarlo, como el aire acondicionado o el gimnasio. También se nos dijo que se pasaría a limpiar 5 días por semana y que habría un cambio de toallas cada 3, y en la semana que estuvimos solo se pasó una vez a cambiar las toallas y a limpiar. Por lo demas, buena ubicación, habitación agradable y tranquila.

Estamos muy contentos con nuestra estancia! Diríamos que pueden mejorar la limpieza, ya que al llegar vimos detalles de que no habían hecho una limpieza exhaustiva. Pero el resto fue genial, la limpieza diaria estuvo muy bien, el servicio, todas las facilidades que dan, alojamiento bien cuidado con todas las comodidades, ¡super recomendable!

It's located in a wonderful area, so clean, peaceful, beautiful,with excellent pizza in la Nonna papera, food in Arena's bar, gym with David and excellent massage with Lisa, has also supermarket, and gardeners do an awesome job. I can say more things but I stop cause it's Magic :)

Schöne, kleine Anlage.
Kürzeste Entfernung zum Baden (schöner kleiner Zugang) im Meer ca. 400m. Der Poolbereich ist für die größe der Anlage ausreichend, tagsüber gibt es einen kleinen Kiosk; damit verbunden ist musikalische Unterhaltung, die uns jetzt aber weniger gestört hat. Die meißten Touristen der Anlage kommen aus England, daher ist englisch hier die gängige Sprache. Über den direkten Zugang zur Promenade kann man schön Richtung Zentrum von Playa Blanca schlendern, die Ortsrandlage fanden wir nicht nachteilig. Durch das direkt angrenzende Hotel kann man Abends bei ungünstigem Wind schon manchmal an der Animation teilnehmen, aber das lässt sich aus unserer Sicht bei einer so nah am Meer gelegenen Anlage wohl nicht vermeiden. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden uns auch nochmal für diese Anlage entscheiden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit; wir hatten einen späten Flug, konnten unsere Koffer einlagern und man hat uns die Möglichkeit zum Duschen und Umziehen gegeben. Dadurch hatten wir quasi noch einen Extratag, was sehr entspannt war.

Ruhige Lage nur 600 Meter vom Meer entfernt.
Wir haben die Spaziergänge in der näheren Umgebung sehr genossen. Das Klima tat sehr gut! Der Atlantik war nur ca. 600 Meter entfernt, genau wie der erloschene Vulkan hinter uns, der Montana roja. Sehr imposant! Alltägliche Dinge konnten wir im Shop um die Ecke kaufen. Die kulinarische Bandbreite in der Umgebung reichte vom amerikanischen Burger, über indische Leckereien bis hin zur klassischen spanischen Paella. Es war für uns ein traumhafter, aber viel zu kurzer Urlaub!!! Diese markante Vulkanlandschaft ist etwas ganz Besonderes! Wenn man sie liebt, kehrt man immer wieder gern hierher zurück. Mit dem Mietwagen konnte man die gesamte Insel erkunden, bis zu den Cuevas im äußersten Nordosten. Dieses kleine Urlaubsparadies würden wir Jedem empfehlen, der echte Erholung sucht!

für meinen Fall ausreichend aber nur das
Ich kann leider für diesen Aufenthalt keine bessere Bewertung geben. Allein gereist und den ganzen Tag mit tauchen beschäftigt. Dafür ist das Zimmer vollkommen ausreichend gewesen. Es braucht aber Erfrischung. Die Leute sind dabei die alten Holzfenster mit neuen Aluminium-Fenster zu ersetzen. Das wird eine eindeutige Verbesserung sein, denn bei einer Nacht starken Regen stand das Wasser schon im Wohnzimmer. Reinigung und Tuchversorgung ist sehr gut und mehrmals in der Woche. Negativ aufgefallen sind mir folgende Punkte: Aufpreis für die Fernbedienung der Klimaanlage. Für mich jetzt kein Thema gewesen (nicht benötigt) aber im Sommer mit Familie ... Aufpreis fürs Internet. Das kann man schon verlangen aber das Internet war unter aller Sau. Und dann wird noch Aufpreis pro zusätzliches Gerät verlangt. Diese Taktiken kommen bei mir nicht gut an.

Abbiamo alloggiato la 1'settimana di agosto 2015 Il tempo non era un granche purtroppo, ma tutto sommato tutto ok. L hotel molto grazioso e la Camera molto grande (dotata di cucina e salotto). Le pulizie le facevano un gg si è uno no è per bene. Da consigliare sicuramente

Für den Preis kann man kein Luxus verlangen
Die Zimmer sind sauber aber haben auch hir und da Gebrauchsspuren und man kann nachts den Nachbar und die Nachbarin Hören. Die Anlage hat ihr Alter aber für ein günstigsten Urlaub komm ich hir wider hin. Das Preise Leistung Verhältnis ist Sehr gut

Tutto quanto molto carino
La posizione del hotel era tranquillissima e carina. Ottima la privacy, quindi possibilita' di pranzare sul terrazzo e vivere gli spazie esterni. Ci ritornerei oer la bellezza dell'isola, unica e selvaggia come poche..... Splendida vacanza!

Meer ca. 5min entfernt. Sandstrand (auch für Kleinkinder) ca. 15min. Mit dem Auto kommt man super überall hin. Frühstück muss man nicht im voraus buchen. Gibt es auch an der Rezeption (5Euro pP). Frühstück ist aus Europäischer Sicht mittelmäßig und wird in einer anliegenden Bar serviert. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit auch in eines der anderen Hotels zu gehen, kostet entsprechend mehr (z.B. All You Can Eat Buffet im Natura Palace für 14E pP).

De Reus a Lanzarote
Nos encantó la ubicación y atención. Tenemos que apuntar que la habitación necesitaría una cortina para tapar la luz ya que no todos podemos dormir con claridad en la habitación, si bien nos proporcionaron un sobrecama que hizo las veces de cortina, pero no es lo adecuado. Lamentablemente nos tocó una semana de muy mal tiempo, lluvia, viento, frío, por lo visto muy atípica para Lanzarote. Por las claraboyas del baño y la cocina caía agua, no fue muy importante, pero lo apuntamos para que lo puedan solucionar.

Ihan kiva paikka pieniä juttuja mitkä rupes vähän ärsyttämään pitemmän päälle, seinistä irtoili maalit ja rapisi betonia lattialle. Keittiössä oli kyllä astiat, mutta kattilan pohjat oli pyöreitä ja puuttui astianpesu tarvikkeet, eikä siivooja niitä myöskään pessyt ja vedenkeitin olisi iso plussa huoneistoon. Kylpyhuoneen ilmaiset hygienia tuotteet oli 5 pussia suihkugeeliä eikä siivooja niitä lisännyt. Allasbaari ei ollut auki eikä tenniskentällä ollut verkkoa, muutenkin oli vähän yleiset alueet vähän epäsiistit, mutta niitä aloitettiin siivoamaan. Hotellin henkilökunnalla oli jokin ongelma huoneiston puolella asuvia kohtaan eikä käyttäytynyt siten että kaikki asiakkaat olisivat saman arvoisia, mutta onneksi ei tarvinnut asioida siellä useasti.
