"Love everything about the hotel. The concierge was so thoughtful, asking whether we need a taxi ride. When we mentioned taking the bus. He then asked about our flight schedule and told us where to take the bus. Everything are thoughtful and professional. We are so thankful for everything, for their team especially Kamala, the housekeeper (from Nepal). Love her cleaning. It especially shows when we move to another room on another level. Thank you and thank you and see you next time when we returned to Hong Kong."

"Hotel is located about a 10 mins walk from the ferry terminal. The airport bus stops about a 10 mins walk away too. There are tram services to the nearby MTR stations too. Room was not too spacious, but i guess it is big in Hong Kong standards. It was sufficient for me. the AC was strong too. The toilet was also sufficient with good water pressure and temperature control. Will stay here again."

"Great hotel for our Disney stay. Room was perfect size for the family. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Pool is great for kids of all ages. A great way to spend the morning before heading to the parks. Shuttle bus to the park is frequent, the walk to the park is 15 mins and nice when it’s not too warm. We only ate at the bistro on property, food was decent Transit access into downtown is accessible and easy to navigate. Clean, well maintained, excellent staff.this is our second time staying here and will be choosing this hotel for our next hong kong Disney trip."
