"The shower was super loud. Definitely air in the plumbing caused a super loud and awakening noise when my wife woke up and decided to shower well before I was planning to be up. Sent a video to the hotel, but no response. Mentioned it to the check in ladies as well. Unsure how interested they were in fixing it. "

"The place is beautiful. So many details, staff was so nice. Only issue we had was the fire alarm light blinked all night pretty bright right above the bed. No hot water in the morning for a shower, place was very busy. Always kids & adults in the elevators or hallways. Lots of kids running. $20/ day for parking! Plus lots of city taxes hiked onto the bill. Overall we would def. Stay again if there was a good deal. It was a really neat place! "

"Just a quick overnight stay for us but i wouldn't stay here again. Property is quite dated, lots of visible wear and tear. While the room was clean, the beds are sorely uncomfortable and the tv is a joke. What they offer is essentially Pluto TV - old tv series and box office bombs. But they do offer you the opportunity to scan the qr code on the tv so you can watch your own phone apps through the tv. I dont book a hotel room to watch tv, but after a long day, I'd like to see the local news, or a decent movie. When we left in the morning, there wasn't a single person in the breakfast area, and they dont allow you to take your breakfast back to your room to eat. Finally, they charge a ridiculous amount for a deposit for this type of property. The only reason i booked this place was because our usual nearby hotel was sold out and i knew it was a short stay."

"No pool no hot tub have to use valet parking extra charge breakfast is not included extra charge. The only thing we liked was the shower which the bathroom was cold the windows did not keep heat out well. My husband only liked the throw blanket on the bed. There were people yelling and arguing outside our door at like 1am for about 40 minutes to 1 hour "

"Do not stay here! It's a dump. Run down, reeking of cigarettes, the windows open, trash is just outside the doors. We only stayed a couple of hours, after some other guest creeped us out by peeking at us around the corner of the hallway. And the woman next door repeatedly slamming the door for seemingly no reason. I did NOT feel safe there."
