A little disappointed
While the house was clean and tidy ( with a great backyard) it was pretty bare bones. There were no special little touches that welcomed us. Instructions were for check out only, with no instructions on how to lock the door upon leaving. The neighbors got into a noise contest at 11:00 pm just when we were wanting to sleep. The upstairs was very hot, but opening a window let in the noise.

Exactly what we needed! Quiet neighborhood just a few minutes from MSU. Great communication from the owner. Everything was as described. Would stay here again without a question.

Would definetly stay again!!!
We booked this for the beer fest at the ball park! Such a great home, had everything we needed! Host was awesome, reached out during the stay to check-in on us! Dog friendly was a +++! We will be staying again in the future!

Great little home
Great little place. Decorated nicely, very clean and comfortable. Owner was very responsive and replied promptly. Property is only 9 min drive from MSU. Would recommend to others.

MSU Football Weekend
My parents, my husband and myself were looking for a place close to MSU to stay for the weekend as we enjoyed the game and campus, and I'm so thankful we found this cute little house! Was exactly what we needed to enjoy some down time together as a family but also a great location with just a short drive to campus. The house is small, so we struggled a little to have seating comfortably for all of us, but beyond that the house was very clean, homey, comfortable and the beds were very comfy! Will definitely try to use again for future MSU weekends!

Exactly as described
The house was just how it was described. It was a sweet little house in a nice safe neighborhood. Families were walking around together throughout the weekend. They had plenty of towels, bedding, and supplies needed. My kids thought the loft bedroom they thought the theme was cute. It was perfect for a weekend getaway.

This was the perfect little cottage for our family. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer to do some laundry after a week on the road. The host gave us great dinner recommendations as well and was very responsive.

Really lovely. Highly recommended.
A++ accurate listing. A very comfortable, cute space. Although we didn't use them, the kitchen was stocked with utensils and cookware that is actually useful! The deck/patio is really nice and the yard is well maintained, so it's just so pleasant! Very prompt communication with Bethany. Super easy check in, too! Nothing but good things to say. Thank you Bethany. We hope to stay here again.

Perfection
This house was spotless and much better than pictures show. We loved sitting on the porch in the back. It was close to everything. We will stay here again. Bethany was so responsive and checked with us during our stay to make sure there was anything that we needed. Truly a five star house.

Wonderful little home
We spent 6 nights at this cute little house. The information on VRBO is spot on. With the exception of one small issue on our first day, which the host rectified immediately, everything was perfect. I would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful stay
Bethany was a wonderful host. The home was extremely clean. Everything you need for your stay was provided. She even went out of her way to purchase a pizza cutter for our pizza night! The house is old, so there is a mildew smell when you first walk into the home and in the bathroom and main bedroom. This smell did not effect our stay whatsoever and is just a part of staying in an older home. My husband and our friends would stay here again. Thanks Bethany!

Adorable home
We truly enjoyed our stay. The home is nicely decorated and perfect for our needs. We tend to avoid hotels now and rent VRBO so we have more space and a place to cook meals and spend time together. Everything we needed was provided and there was constant communication with the owner if we needed anything. Thank you again for opening your home to us. We plan to return again when we visit MSU.

My Go To Spot in Lansing
This is my second time staying at this rental. I love how cozy it is and clean. It was just as perfect this time as it was last time. Bethany has everything available for you... from towels and dishes in the kitchen to the availability to sign on to Netflix or YouTube or any up streaming service you have in the living room to a full size washer and dryer in the bathroom. All the supplies you can imagine you need is available and thought of for you. Cleaning, Febreze, even a lint roller that my son looks forward to using when we're there. The two bedrooms are fully equipped with comfortable bedding, plenty of space, clean closets hangers and dressers. Luggage stand and stoop if you're too short to reach anything. There's a vanity in the loft with lights on the mirror. There's an iron and ironing board. Just everything that you need to feel like home away from home. The space is well laid out. The fixtures are even beautiful. Bethany is extremely responsive. She answers all messages seems like within the hour. We needed a fan because sometimes the loft is warmer than the rest of the house. She brought a fan over within a few hours and everything was back perfect again. Overall the home is warm, it's cozy and it's perfect for me and my small family. I will always stay here when I come to Lansing.

We were in town for a bridal shower nearby & it was so fun to wake up here! 😊 My 75ish year old parents stayed in the master room, we were in the awesome loft. Very cozy, comfortable & accommodating for all 4 of us, ages 45-77. Excellent communication & entry process. Quaint, quiet, safe neighborhood. So thankful we ran across their listing!

This home was exactly as advertised, a nice safe neighborhood. Had an unfortunate incident with smell in the home because of the prior guest, however the hosts did all that they could within our visit to remedy the situation. Washer/dryer in unit, private driveway/off street parking were very nice!

My adult son and I visited Lansing for the Thanksgiving holiday. The host was quick to offer us the lock code with very clear directions to get inside. We arrived at night, so she left outside and a few of the inside lights on. It was a little cool when we entered the home but the programmable thermostat was easy to manage and it got warm rather quickly. The first thing I noticed was how clean it was. Everything was nicely and neatly placed and there was no clutter. I loved the detail even down to the decorative pillows and light fixtures . The kitchen was well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans and towels. The bathroom was roomy with a full size washer and dryer in it. She even had laundry detergent there for guests to use. The beds were comfortable. The bedroom in the loft had a vanity in it that was very convenient. The neighborhood was quiet which was very appreciated and I felt safe. The pictures are accurate depictions of the property. The host thought of everything and we were in need of nothing. I would stay again.

Super cute, great stay for weekend get away
Overall we enjoyed our weekend at Bethany’s. Everything was very clean with a spa feel. Kitchen was stocked with enough for 4 people but we were glad we brought our own towels as there were none for the kitchen. Only other recommendation is for a more comfortable couch and maybe a fan. I know the current couch fits the space well but was very uncomfortable to sit on for more than half an hour and a fan would have been good for air movement. Overall though I do recommend staying here and would do so again if we are in Lansing for another weekend.
