Nous ne pouvions pas faire le check-in car la réception était fermée et les informations sur les instructions de l’enregistrement tardif n’ont pas été laissées dans un endroit visible! Mon mari, mon bébé de 8 mois et moi, on a loué un autre hôtel à 1h du matin. Grâce à la gestion de Cassandra, chef d’Accueil, qui a tout fait pour rendre l’expérience un peu moins stressante, nous avons été remboursés de l’argent de la première nuit. "Property is excellent. Everything is brand new and kept very clean. Not all apartments are in use yet and there is still some building work going on. However that was not an issue. Parking is good (and free) and the staff were lovely. "
