This apartment, freshly renovated in 2024, will provide you with a pleasant stay in our beautiful region, thanks in particular to its location, its comfort, and the ocean view it offers.

Located on the main square, with ocean views from the living room, balcony, and one of the bedrooms, the apartment offers plenty of space for 4 people.
The living area features a very small balcony with a sea view.

You’ll enter the apartment through the dining and living area, which features a dining table, two sofas, and a view of the sea.
The kitchen opens onto the living room and is fully equipped:

- Refrigerator and freezer
- Dishwasher
- Washing machine
- Dryer
- Toaster
- Electric kettle
- Filter coffee maker and Tassimo
- Dishes

You’ll also find a separate toilet, a bathroom with a shower and a sink, as well as two bedrooms:

- The first bedroom has a 160cm double bed, a walk-in closet, and a dresser
- The second bedroom has a 140cm double bed and a closet

Children’s items such as a travel crib (no mattress) and a high chair are available in the apartment.

The property features a private courtyard where you can either park your car or enjoy the space for dining (there is a table and 4 chairs) and use the barbecue.

Included: Wi-Fi, linens (sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats), and a welcome kit containing a roll of toilet paper, a sponge, dish soap, and a trash bag. For the rest of your stay, you’ll need to purchase your own supplies.

The apartment is located on the first floor without an elevator.
You will have access to the entire apartment as well as all amenities.
You will receive a set of keys.

Check-in is normally available starting at 4:00 PM.
Check-out is by 10:00 a.m. at the latest.

The beach at Langrune-sur-Mer is one of its main attractions. Perfect for swimming, relaxing in the sun, and strolling along the seashore, it offers an ideal and restful setting.

Langrune-sur-Mer has a picturesque town centre with cobblestone streets, half-timbered houses, and an authentic atmosphere.

The Normandy coast is ideal for water sports, and Langrune-sur-Mer is no exception. You can go sailing, surfing, windsurfing, and even deep-sea fishing. Local water sports schools offer lessons for beginners.

Langrune-sur-Mer is strategically located for exploring other attractions in the region. You can easily travel to Caen to visit the Caen Memorial, a museum dedicated to 20th-century history, or explore the D-Day beaches and their associated museums, as well as nearby seaside resorts such as Saint-Aubin-sur-Mer and Luc-sur-Mer.

You can park your car in the apartment’s courtyard or in the public parking spaces available on the street (all parking spaces in the city are free), if you’d like to take advantage of the space in the courtyard.
