"We had a lovely few days staying at the cottage which was very convenient for local sight seeing. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were comfortable and lovely large rooms to spend time relaxing as well as enjoying local walks. Would recommend to everyone."

"Tanglewood proved an ideal venue for our get-together. The use of the orchard was a big hit, as was the games room. In an idyllic setting, Tanglewood made an excellent base from which to explore the area. Thanks to Adrian for a warm welcome. Highly recommended."

"We stayed for a family birthday, wanting to be close to Lyme Regis and Sidmouth. The barn was in an idea location to get to both within 25 minutes. The views are beautiful as all the shared space is upstairs so panoramic views from every window. Deborah and Anthony were really responsive, a huge thank you to them. A few more utensils would be handy for cooking but we managed fine and it’s worth being aware the roads are super narrow and lots of potholes, especially if you have low profile tyres....

"Very well equipped, bedding & towels included as well as tea coffee sugar. Spacious and quiet. Only downside was travelling the single track roads getting to & from in a large car. Otherwise totally worth the cost. Thank you"

"Charmouth is a lovely small town and this cottage is the perfect way to experience it. The beach and fossil hunting were our favorite activity. The few shops and restaurantants were lovely...exactly the peaceful holiday I wanted for my family."

"We had a lovely time in this characterful and homely house. The only thing to be prepared for is the noise from the road which is intrusive at night. Maybe better in the winter when windows are closed"

"Relaxing and quiet location. The property was as listed and we were very comfortable during our stay. Little touches like Christmas tree and pint of milk were welcome. Despite the typical British weather the property’s location allowed us to explore the local area such as Cheddar Gorge and Wells. Would thoroughly recommend Berrow beach-quiet and dog friendly! We loved the view out across the fields."

"Lovely clean, very well equipped cottage with a delightful garden. All our needs were catered for. The cottage is in a fabulous setting. Ideal location for walking our dog and a wonderful pub providing exceptional food within a few minutes stroll. Splendid National Trust property almost on the doorstep. Hope to return to the cottage before too long."

"Purcombe Farmhouse is a gem. It provides comfortable and very well equipped accommodation, suitable for all ages - our family group were aged 66 down to 1yr and we all had a wonderful week there. Lovely gardens to explore and the hot tub was a definite plus later at night! This property is so peaceful and with stunning views, yet only a 10 minute drive from Bridport"

"We really enjoyed our stay at Mill Batch Cottage. The cottage is exactly as described and was warm and cosy and very comfortable. It had everything you might need for your stay and a lovely garden. It’s really well located for the surrounding towns and villages - we visited Cheddar, Glastonbury, Wedmore and Tyntesfield during our short break. Would happily return."

"Good venue, clean and tidy. Plenty of parking, space for all the family and lovely garden area. Aga great for keeping the house warm and cooking. Only issue - no shaving point in ensuite or bathroom."

"This is not the Ritz - but there are some really good points - it's lovely and quiet - so a good sleep was easy. Take your own towels - ones provided were not great - I would also say take your own bedding. One major for a couple is the double is on a mezz and the toilet is down stairs - this didn't effect me as I was on my own so slept in the single room downstairs. Owner is lovely - and my stay in Sherborne very nice. Lovely place."

"The property is well furnished and very clean. It has all the equipment that is needed, and we were treated to a welcome gift which was lovely (no spoilers). It is very close to a general stores shop and a lovely fish & chip shop We enjoyed our stay and Bridport is a great place."

"A beautiful, idyllic place to gather and share family memories. There were eleven family members with five more joining us for meals over the course of three days. The property and house were spacious and comfortable, with more than enough supplies to set a table and serve sixteen family members multiple meals with ease. When we found ourselves short of food or in need of a coffee, treat, or additional meat for the barbeque, the farm shop just next door was able to supply us with everything we...

"Perfect for our visit. In the area for a wedding and it really filled the bill for my wife, myself, our son and daughter and our young granddaughter. Co-op store across the street. Coffee and bakery 50 feet away. Pub with meal service 500 feet up the lane. Comfortable, large, well equipped, and charming. Will stay again at the next opportunity. Great communication with the owner and easy access to the property. "
