We were there over the Hari Raya long weekend so the owners sister was looking after us and she was superb. She helped us confirmation a dinner booking we had been trying to make, called our tour company for us and then because all the taxis were not contactable, drove us to the airport early in the morning. The room is simple but comfortable, AC works well. Yati & her husband were very helpful and helped us in every way we needed. They also helped to book tours which were better deals than what we would have gotten outside! It's slightly off the main strip but is easy and quick to get to pantai cenang. Only a few minutes from the superb beach and all amenities but located in a local area away from the noise and bustle. The room was a good size, clean with comfortable beds and all you really need for a few days. What makes this special was the fantastic friendly service from Yati and Mas, you were really made to feel welcome and at home. Breakfast was simple but made with a personal touch and very generous, well worth the price. This is a hotel as real as it shown in the pictures you get in Expedia, no trick. It´s a humble space to stay but with a magnificent staff that put their 100% to bring whatever ones need to make you feel like if you were at home: Yati, the manager and Sham helped me in any request/doubt I had, making excellent advices on what to do and with whom (The Mangrove tour is a must!!). Many thanks Yati!!! I traveled alone but I felt as if I had traveled accompanied. The room is big, very clean, a/c works smoothly, the bed is very confortable, the little refrigerator good enough to keep your drinks cold. In addition, everyroom has their own little terrace to expend the night looking to the stars!
