"My friend and I only stayed one night because we were taking a train from Dax the next morning but I wish we had stayed longer! The owners were so so nice, greeted us when we arrived late at night and showed us to our room which was clean and very cozy, and breakfast the next morning was tasty as well, a good classic French breakfast spread with yogurt, compote, breads, cheeses, jams, and coffee of course. The bathroom in our room was also very clean and pretty sizeable with a great shower....

"Believe the website said bar and restaurant but the place had neither. Very nice property but well above and away from the town area and so walking to find dinner was very inconvenient. Nice place but would not stay again due to being sort of stranded without food for dinner."

Sylvie et Richard ont été à l écoute de nos besoins, ont su nous donner des renseignements précis sur les destinations de visites et sont tous deux tres chaleureux. "An amazing 300 year old chateau renovated by a young Dutch couple and run as a 3 room B and B, sooon to be 4. Sophie the charming hostess runs it with gusto and Arthur the enormous Pyrenean Mountain Dog is on guard although he is likely only to give you a good licking. Our bedroom and bathroom were enormous and well equipped with a comfortable bed,TV, coffe machine, bath and shower and separate toilet. Fantastic breakfast in the morning"

"An extraordinary chateau and an unforgettable experience. The owner, Philippe, made us most welcome and ensured we had truly excellent service throughout our stay. Our room was large and very comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. What stood out was the lavishly appointed reception rooms, bedrooms and bathrooms. These are all exactly as shown in the website photographs, but still need to be seen to be believed. If you want air-con and an on site restaurant then you will be disappointed,...
