Terribly disappointing. Should not be made available until inspected by VBRO to confirm it is up to standards. We took video to avoid being charged. Had to clean and wash sheets to be able to stay. Owner was responsive and said sorry not up to your standards, you can leave and apply for a refund if you don't want to stay there. "
