« The location is fantastic for first time visitors. Everyone was pleasant and the view was amazing. The room was better than we ever expected. The two things that I didn’t like had nothing to do with The Whaler. One was ocean was so loud at night you couldn’t sleep with window open. That’s all mother nature at its purest. The kids playing in pond and disturbing the koi and frogs. Felt bad for the creatures, thats just parents not telling kids to be respectful of the environment! Overall,...

« Resort is super family friendly. Great pool for kids. Easy parking. Great staff. Kitchen stocked with the basics to cook. Convenient location but you need a car to get to the store. »

« Beautiful grounds, great pools, and responsive staff. Condo was well appointed and had everything we needed. Location great, too (food trucks and grocery store across the street). My only complaint are the beds—primary bed needs to be replaced and the sofa bed is pretty uncomfortable (maybe add a mattress topper for comfort?). Overall, a great experience! »

« Location and pool area are fantastic but the food at the pool bar is awful. The hotel needs updating too. The elevator and hallways smell old and musty. Our washing machine didn’t clean the clothes at all and the oven literally took 30mins to preheat. We had an ocean view but it was not direct and for what we paid for the room, I felt ocean view was false advertisement. You can’t see it from the living room. Bartenders and staff were fantastic though. »

« The property is definitely well maintained and clean. However, the rooms are older and the pictures on their website were a bit misleading. Staff were all super nice, except housekeeping never brought us extra towels. The cleaning lady somehow expected a tip too? It was a bit awkward and we were going to tip anyway… maybe this tipping culture as a whole is out of control. I probably wouldn’t stay here again. »

« Easy communication, clean , nice space. Appreciated that I could check in a bit earlier and do the pre checkin . I didnt like the busy-ness of the street and recommend staying on the beachside part of hotel for a longer stay but this worked out well for the one night i needed. »

« Hôtel bien situé avec le charme de l’ancien, plutôt dans son jus ! À l’arrivée, c’est un peu la douche froide mais on s’attache rapidement à l’endroit 😊. La route à proximité peut générer un peu de bruit le matin et la literie est un peu vieillissante ! »
