"I booked a room online and paid with a card at that time. There were instructions as well as an email sent to me which include check in times/office hours until 10 pm. We got there about 20 minutes before 10 pm to find the office locked. On the door, a piece of paper where the office hours had been altered by scribbling out "10pm" with a sharpie and replacing it with "9pm.""
