"I booked a room online and paid with a card at that time. There were instructions as well as an email sent to me which include check in times/office hours until 10 pm. We got there about 20 minutes before 10 pm to find the office locked. On the door, a piece of paper where the office hours had been altered by scribbling out "10pm" with a sharpie and replacing it with "9pm.""

"We have stayed at this property several times when visiting FSU. It is close enough to campus and very convenient to numerous restaurants. The house is very quaint and the neighborhood is quiet. On this last visit, Ryan was very accommodating to our schedule changes and was responsive to the chats."

"The area is fabulous for older people. It is not a kid friendly area. The home is filthy, we were taking the sheets off of the bed and a roach crawled out of the pillowcase. There are obvious signs that the property was flooded and was not fixed. The golf carts were non existent. There was a Cush man that was on its last leg. The only beach within an hour of the property is not lay out on the beach worthy. It is a place that people offload their water devices. And if you stay bring bottled...
