"Very clean and comfortable. Nice staff, decent breakfast options. Liked that they had hot chocolate and herbal teas available in the lobby and not just coffee. Quiet even though it was fairly close to the freeway."

"We stopped off overnight in Elko, Nevada because it was a halfway point on our vacation. We never expected such a nice hotel in this moderate sized town. Such an attractive building and lobby, friendly staff, a clean and lovely room a terrific breakfast which was included in the extremely reasonable price. Shutters is really a gem!!"

"Room was clean, needed some repair on a light switch but I talked with a maintenance man and he said he didn't know about but would fix it. Staff was nice. Breakfast is cereal and other stuff, but they told me about a cafe down the street which was wonderful. Didn't use air conditioner so don't know. I like the place!"

"I would have given this hotel a 5-star review except for a few things. (1) Neither of the ice machines were working; (2) both the pool and spa were drained and empty; and (3) there was a chemical odor in the hallway on the second floor. The front desk staff said that they are in the middle of a remodel which is why some of those issues existed. However, there were a few things that were outstanding: (1) the breakfast was one of the best I've had at a Best Western. The lady who ran their kitchen was excellent. (2) The bed was super comfortable. My husband and I slept very well. (3) The room was roomy which we really appreciated. (4) The shower had GREAT water pressure, which I really enjoyed since I washed my hair. (5) We left an item in our room which we didn't discover until we were well on the road. They contacted us and held the item until we traveled back through. The manager was very accommodating in that regard. THANK YOU!!"

"I enjoyed the stay for an overnight stay. Everything was clean however, I forgot socks or slippers and did not feel like the rugs were clean enough for me to walk through. The room had a hint of sock smell. Once you're in you cannot smell it."
