This house is right on the river with a wonderful veranda around the side and back, screened porches at each end of the house, a large well-equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. The eclectic color scheme in the rooms was delightful and there were amazing artifacts and artwork everywhere you looked. The grounds were lovely with lots of native plants and a small platform at the river to sit. The pool wasn't large but had a great deck, partially covered, with a an outside kitchen. The best part though was when the howler monkeys brought their babies to visit on the neighboring veranda - incredible. When i move to Belize next year, i hope i can find a home just like this." She made our first international trip feel easy. If you're thinking about staying here I would not hesitate. It's truly an amazing jungle experience. The howler monkeys were so amazing to sit and watch. We had a few baby howlers which were adorable. The little crocodile in the pond was fun to see. Thanks again for an amazing stay!"
