### CLOUD “9”

The apartment is a 2BHK fully furnished apartment/ flat. Each bedroom is very well appointed with beds. The apartment has 24/7 running hot water, washing machine, flat screen HD TV, refrigerator and 2 separate balconies. Also, in particular the room is in the 9th floor and from a balcony attached with master room, one can enjoy the view of the beautiful Kathmandu Valley.  
  
Tenants can enjoy our beautiful swimming pool and highly equipped gym facilities 24/7\. In addition there is 24 hour security, CCTV, and free parking. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with appliances, such as fridge/freezer, rice cooker, stove and all the other required cooking ware, utensils and cookery to meet the tenant’s needs.   
  
The apartment is situated in the prime location of Jhamsikhel, Which is close by Patan Durbar Square, a 1000 year old heritage site.  
  
This place is located on the 9th floor of a new high-rise in the heart of Lalitpur, few minutes walk from lots of great restaurants and convenient stores and grocery stores, in a safe and posh neighborhood and the flat is quite and away from all the hustle bustle of the city. The space has two bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen a bathroom and living space. The flat has lift access/elevator and rooms with amazing view of the whole valley.
