I also really appreciated how it had everything you could need like, bug spray, extra blankets, all the kitchen supplies and utensils. It even had fire wood ready to go no charge. This place was very clean as well. We had a great time!"

"Had a great stay. Property is secluded and has great views of Island Park reservoir valley and distant views of the Grand Tetons. It was a great space for 3 couples with room for more. Had some wonderful dinners/ evenings playing games and watching the stars. Sunrises and Sunsets were always a must see. Made several memorable outings to Yellowstone, Earthquake lake and Mesa falls. Truly a unique location!"

"We stayed in the newly built lower level of Trumpeter Swan and were blown away. Everything felt brand new, with high-end finishes and thoughtful design throughout. Though the upper level was rented, we never heard or saw the other guests—total privacy. The views from this hillside home are breathtaking, offering some of the best scenery in Island Park. Don't let the lack of reviews deter you; this is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered. Be among the first to experience it—you won't regret it!"

"Overall this was a great property! However, a few things to note....My family felt like there were a lot of rules (5 people limit in hot tub, no snowmobiling around the property, thermostat settings) and not a huge fan that one of the outside cameras faces directly into the hot tub area. Some family members stated their beds weren't very comfy but mine was fine. The TV in the downstairs bedroom isn't practical at all since it is in the corner above the headboard lol. That being said, the cabin was very well stocked and had plenty of space! Most rooms also had their own wall heaters, which helped since we were there during the winter. Nice collection of DVDs. *Make sure to screenshot the check in code/information because you won't have cell service until you get into the house....the owner saw us arrive through the front camera and was able to help get us in quickly*"

"This is our second stay at the Toasted Marshmallow. The home has ample space for all of our snowmobiling gear and the single heated garage stall is perfect for thawing the sleds out or doing any minor repairs or changes. The home has awesome water pressure and temp for showering which not all places we stay do. Beds are super comfortable and the space has a great “home away from home” feel…We love the location because of the riding options right out the front door.Only recommendation is quicker coffee makers for the coffee drinkers lol.Will return"

"Our entire family had a blast together at this property. It was big, clean, and had pretty much everything we needed. It even snowed a lot for us to play in. Sitting by the beautiful fireplace while watching the snowstorms outside was like a little bit of heaven! "
