Smooth check in process. House was in immaculate condition and well stocked of towels, garbage bags, cleaning supplies etc & a hot clean hot tub. The ramp down to the boat dock was short and sturdy and the boat house had a couple nice kayaks. Really enjoyed the 2 outdoor fire pits and bbq. Very calm setting on top of a narrow section of the lake. The dirt road connecting the house to the main county road is about a 5 minute drive and we saw chipmunk, deer and friendly neighbors. Everyone in our group had a great time. We enjoyed the bbq, the kitchen had everything we needed, and there was even binoculars for watching wildlife.The pool table, hot tub and theater room met all of our needs.
