This place made me so sick I had to leave before my nights were up. The window air conditioner in the one bedroom blows in your face. The smell was musty and the carpet was like an indoor/outdoor kind. The narrow flight of steps were difficult to bring my large luggage up. The one couch was old and not comfortable. There are little step up and down in this old apartment, tripping hazards. The sofa was ripped and very old. A bed bug crawled on my book I had on the sofa. The sofa needs burned. It was clearly very used and very old. The neighborhood is safe and an easy walk to Lake Hollingsworth. The window AC units worked well and the laundry machine was clean and new. This property is close to everything. Parking spot #2 is not suitable for a larger SUV ( explorer) and the stairs were awful. If you have a bad knee or back do not stay in this unit. The inside was awesome. 2 bedrooms, living area, dining room and kitchen. It was just right for my family of 3\. 2 sofas in the living area so it could definitely sleep a lot of people.
