Overall it would be a great place for a family, with the dock and pool. The pool, however, was freezing and basically unusable. The description that it sleeps 12 is absolutely inaccurate, 8 at capacity. I’m not sure if they are counting the floor as a place to sleep. Luckily, it worked for us for the most part and served its purpose.
