Initialement, j’avais réservé une chambre en hauteur afin d’y séjourner avec mon chien d’assistance. Cependant, j’ai été attribué à une chambre située au deuxième étage, qui ne correspondait pas à ma réservation. Fort heureusement, le système de chauffage était défaillant. À 22 heures, j’ai été relogé dans une autre chambre, au même niveau, qui s’est avérée satisfaisante. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent et la salle de sport impeccable. Enfin, la réceptionniste m’a gracieusement déduit une journée de stationnement en guise de compensation. L’hôtel bénéficie d’une situation géographique idéale, à proximité immédiate d’une station de métro.
