"The room was very clean and spacious. I love the kitchen providing dishes and a large fridge with a freezer. There was not an ice bucket which was inconvenient in wanting to bring ice to the room. The staff were all very friendly. The pool was clean and temperature controlled. Breakfast was on paper plates which I did not care for but the options were nice. I also do not think because it is a weekend breakfast should start later. People who are leaving on Sunday mornings are not able to eat before leaving. But the checkout process and check-in process were both very smooth and easy. Also, this hotel is located in a really good central spot. If you are wanting to visit some of the downtown attractions, you can walk or there are tons of scooters to rent to ride. The hotel didn’t offer us information on the TRAX system, which I feel like they should be promoting that, but we discovered it anyways and utilized it to travel around the downtown area and to/from the airport. "

"Bed was VERY soft, had a sore back afterwards. It was also very loud when moving getting into ot out of bed, rolling.over the bed frame made a thunderous sound. Breakfast was underwhelming."

"For a non-smoking room it smelled like someone had just smoked a carton of Camels all at once. I had to go buy a bottle of Febreeze and doused the whole room in order to stand being in there. The place was nowhere near the standard I would have expected from a Days Inn or a Wyndham. It was run down bad. The shower made a squealing sound the whole time it was on. I booked the room through Expedia but when I went to check out the front desk staff said I needed to pay. I showed her my payment receipt so she cleared the outstanding charges. A day later a charge showed up on my credit card any way and I still haven't been given a refund yet. Avoid this place if you can."
