« We use embassy suites for a lot of our family travel when available and my in laws use it exclusively which is why we were so shocked by the poor service we received at this one. We had better service at à la Quinta the next night and a comfort suites the following night than we had here. The front desk girl was rude and clearly wanted to do the bare minimum getting frustrated when we asked her to come up with a solution for our room not being as described. We have a small child with us and...
