Welcome to Paradise Point of View, featuring three spacious bedrooms, PRIME location at mile marker 14, and situated directly across from one of two pools and the tennis court. The Emerald Bay complex is highly sought after and centrally located just off Horseshoe bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Osage Beach, several golf courses, and tons of lakefront bars and restaurants including Shady Gators, H-Toads, Dock Knockers and so much more! Kitchen and Dining Area This beautiful open concept kitchen features black granite countertops, a large breakfast bar with four barstools, and a dining area with seating for four more around the table. The kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need to prepare meals, and a Keurig coffee maker. Living Room The living room features a couch, recliner, flat screen TV, and a gorgeous wall of windows with sliding glass door that opens to the balcony. Master Suite The master suite features a king-sized bed, dresser, nightstands, flat screen TV, and a large sliding glass door that also opens to the balcony. The master bathroom features a double vanity sink and a tub/shower combo. Bedroom 2 The second bedroom features two full-sized beds, a nightstand, and large closet. Bedroom 3 The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed, desk, computer monitor, (bring your own docking system), and large closet. Bathroom 2 The second bedroom is located between the second and third bedrooms, and features another double vanity sink and tub/shower combo. Outside Outside on the balcony you will find an electric grill, a large patio table and patio chairs. (Gas grills and fireplaces are banned from the Emerald Bay Complex). \*\*\*There are 2 parking passes in the unit. Please display in car upon arrival. COMPLEX WILL TOW\*\*\* Neighborhood Description The Emerald Bay Condominium Complex offers access to two pools and a tennis court. The complex is located on Horseshoe Bend, just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, which offers amazing restaurants, family fun, and nightlife experiences. Just a hop and a skip away from all the shopping bars and dining experiences of Osage Beach. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes. Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. The host was excellent with communication, making check-in and any questions easy to handle. The property was clean, and the photos were accurate, which was reassuring. We found the beds to be very comfortable, and the kitchen was impressively stocked with a variety of supplies, dishes, and cookware, making meal preparation convenient. The views from the property were beautiful and added a relaxing touch to our stay. A few things to note for future guests: parking near the unit is on a steep incline, and there are quite a few steps to navigate, so plan accordingly. Also, noise does travel between units, so it’s worth keeping that in mind if you’re sensitive to sound. Lastly, the lower pool is a bit of a hike back uphill, but manageable if you’re prepared for it.
