Upstairs we had no issues however the downstairs level of the house was not as expected. There were long hairs stuck on the bathroom walls. A used contact lens was stuck to one of the cabinet doors. There were also a couple on the nightstand in the bedroom. Several blankets had been thrown into the bottom of a bedroom closet. When I asked if they were clean the response I received from the text number was "they should be". There was also popcorn in the pullout sofa bed. ##### Sonya J. It has large bedrooms with king and queen beds (mostly) and a very functional kitchen area. The outside table on the open second floor porch needed to be cleaned before we could use it. We tried to make brownies in the oven, but there was a large pool of grease in the bottom of the oven which we had not noticed. It started to smoke. We did a clean cycle on the oven and baked the next day. There are specific instructions about using only the closed trash containers outside the house, but these were entirely filled (three of them) on the day when we arrived. None of these issues were "I would not rent again" problems. It was a very pleasant house for the ten people that we had staying there. ##### David C. The bad/frustrating: one TV didn't work, heat randomly turned off twice (it was FREEZING), we couldn't get either fireplace to work, kitchen sink backed up (luckily we found a plunger).
