« Nice view on the lake, new rooms with modern designs, clean. Not organized kitchen. Very unfriendly woman receptionist. Just on arrival hot water in shower ended. We were asked to change the room, where shower was better but tap didn't have hot water all the stay. When we arrived to breakfast(8 to 11 am) at 10 am, there were only empty dirty plates, fruits, some veggies and cakes. On our questions we were told that we still can eat what is left. After some arguments they brought some sausages...

« Brand new small hotel with very friendly staff in a great location for Karakol and Lake Issyk-Kul south shore. Modern rooms, interesting decor, comfortable beds and good heating plus a coffee shop. Excellent value for money, and would stay again if I return to the area. »

« New and clean property. Few things missing: can’t control heat/ac, thermostat is fake, at least in our room. No glasses of any kind. No refrigerator. A lot of construction going on in the area. Dusty and noisy. Far from city center. Perhaps is more proper choice during ski season. »
