This beautiful spacious home is located in a great neighborhood, features a pool surrounded with desert palm trees and fruit trees. The backyard also hosts a hot-tub spa and a beautiful view of the mountains! Located within minutes to the lake, boating, golf course, shopping, restaurants and entertainment districts. The space 3-bed | 2-bath | Pool | Hot Tub I Driveway and RV/Boat Parking. This family-friendly Lake Havasu City home is in the perfect location in one of the best neighborhoods, yet only 10-15 minutes away from the lake and boat ramp. Bedroom 1: Cal-King Bed, Smart TV, & En-Suite Master Bath. Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with Smart TV Bedroom 3: (2) Bunk Beds and extra twin mattress with Smart TV INDOOR LIVING: Air conditioning, ceiling fans, central heating, washer and dryer. OUTDOOR LIVING: Fenced-in backyard, Pool, hot tub, lounge chairs, Propane grill, dining area with patio furniture. KITCHEN: Fully equipped with basic amenities GENERAL: Free WiFi, linens/towels, laundry detergent, Pool towels. PARKING: Driveway (2 cars), Side RV/Boat Parking Guest access You will have access to the entire home, except for the garage. Vehicle, boat or RV parking is on driveway only. There are 2 driveways at this property. \* There is a covered airstream parked on one side of the house under a covered patio. \*\*OTHER THINGS TO NOTE\*\* NO EVENTS OR PARTIES Must be 25+ years old to book Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10 pm to 7 am. This home is located in a quiet residential area and parties will be shut down immediately or you will be asked to vacate the property without a refund. SECURITY CAMERAS There are security cameras located outside of the property, the front entrance, driveway, and back yard surveillance for the pool and pool equipment. There are no cameras inside of the home. The purpose of these cameras is to prevent parties and misuse of the pool or tampering with equipment. The rental agreement is immediately terminated without a refund if any security camera is tampered with, in addition to a $500 fine. NO SMOKING AND VAPING This is a non smoking home and a violation will result in a $200 fine. You are welcome to smoke outside with the homes’ windows and doors closed but ask that you please dispose of your own cigarette butts. USE OF POOL AND SPA No glass or food in or around the pool. If the pool needs to be drained as a result of this violation it will be at the expense of the guest. Please Do not touch the propane tank or pool/spa equipment. A violation will result in a minimum $500 fine for the pool company to re-set or repair the equipment. \*Pool is not heated and is Seasonal. Open during your stay but is not heated \*Spa is heated and included in your stay. DEPOSITS AND STAYS A deposit of $250 - $500 may be required for bookings during holidays, spring break and summer months. Any stay over 30-days requires a separate signed rental agreement. For items left behind, a $10 service charge is added to the shipping rate. PET FRIENDLY A pet must be authorized to be on the property. The fee is $25/per pet, per stay plus $250 refundable deposit. Maximum pets allowed is 2. A violation for a non-authorized pet is a $200 fine per pet. The deadbolt was stuck when we arrived and required multiple attempts with the code before it would unlock. It got easier over time, but initially it was frustrating. The dishwasher seemed out of order at first—there was a bad odor and standing water—but running it empty cleared it up, and we were able to use it. Unfortunately, the dryer didn’t work. We found out only after doing laundry. The host kindly offered access to her laundromat account, but we ended up air drying.The home was clean, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes, pots, and utensils. The grill worked great and was easy to start. The A/C was set to 74F and couldn't be changed, but the temperature felt comfortable.We couldn't get cold water in the showers. The guest bathroom shower was way too hot to use, so everyone used the master. The bunk beds weren’t the comfiest, and the dining chairs weren’t ideal for sitting long. The master bedroom was spacious and very comfortable.There was a request to sweep before checkout (since we brought dogs), but only a mini broom was provided, which made it a bit tedious and physically uncomfortable. We did get our 3,000 deposit back quickly, which was appreciated.We would recommend this property, but future guests should be aware of the few quirks ##### Christina D. It was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean and comfortable. We loved using the hot tub. It was nice to be able to bring our dog and have a fenced in backyard for him. We unfortunately didn’t get to try out the pool, but it looked amazing! The house is very spacious and close to pretty much everything we needed. The bedrooms were large with comfortable beds, large kitchen and family room. The outdoor space had a pool, bbq and hot tub … everything was in working order. The house is located in a quiet area with easy access to the main road and a grocery store not to far away. I would recommend this house to anyone who is looking for something that is comfortable and we felt very safe. The owner was easy to contact and responded quickly to any inquiries we had. I would stay here again when visiting in Lake Havasu. If you like golf check out the course at Emerald Canyon (30 min. drive south) but book ahead as it is busy! ##### Pam B. From start to finish everything was exceptional! The house was exactly as pictured and described. Shari was the best host we have experienced. She was very timely in responding, helpful with suggestions and very pleasant to deal with. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood felt extremely safe. This VRBO was perfect for us. Quiet and Spacious. Shari was always available to answer questions that we had. The pool and jacuzzi were both wonderful and relaxing to use. The property manager Shari is amazing, very attentive and helpful and always available and responsive when you need her. Our family and I totally enjoyed the home. We felt like home and everyone was pretty sadden that it ended. The house has a warm feel to it, very well equipped very clean. The family room is open and spacious.
